Oh my gosh Kole you gotta try it out. It's a social gaming platform/digital distribution service. :D

They have some pretty amazing sales, Steam. You can find all sorts of games for 50-75% off & the selection of sale items changes constantly. Lots of indie games available too.

I'm kind of hooked on Dragon's Dogma (PS3) currently.. just been exploring the map with my crazy companions. I have this giant warrior dude with a really deep voice and this spazzy little girl archer at the moment. Makes for funny encounters.

I will investigate this steam a bit more.
I heard Dragon Dogma for the Play Station Three was an interesting game. The game play looks fun, my friend has it back down south. I may have to but it when it comes down in price which just about all games do at some point lol.

I preordered Dragon's Dogma and I still haven't gotten past the character creation screen yet. My boyfriend ended up liking the game a lot more than I did.. I can't say I really enjoyed being in the same room while he played it though. It was seriously non-stop, "ARISEN, FIRE WORKS WELL!" or, "ARISEN THEY HOLD THEY ADVANTAGE"

I've been playing Path of Exile, pretty fun stuff~

Yeah, it's hard to find pawns that don't talk too much. I have three of them babbling at once and I just want to stab them.

Talking followers... now that's funny too, at least they don't make your character talk as well or make silly noises right?

We have Dragon's Dogma here. Haven't played it yet.

As for me (and this explains a bit of why I haven't been on as much as I like to be), I've been playing Persona 4 Golden, Disgaea 2, Ni no Kuni, and started Journey last night.

@Kole - the main character doesn't make too many noises. :) One of the cool things about the pawn system is that the followers are able to learn about mobs and areas as they progress in experience, and you can customize their personalities so that they offer that information verbally or not. I just have the bad luck of choosing pawns who have been trained to talk a lot, so they're nonstop telling me battle tips, making comments about the layout of dungeons and such. It can be really helpful, but it gets tiresome when they all do it because the voices can overlap. I've started training my main pawn to speak less, so hopefully I'll have at least one quieter follower soon. ;D

P.S. I want to come to your house and try those, Liz!

Currently playing Zone of the Enders 1 on the HD Collection. Burrowed it from a friend and actually loved it.

You're welcomed to come over at any time. :)

I've got to play Dragon's Dogma soon. I just got way too much to play. Dx I mean, Hakuouki is coming out next week. And then there's SimCity.

Just played a little bit of Zork, and going to start playing NetHack later today. For now, though, a paper is keeping me from any "heavy-duty" games.

Also, I have to praise (or curse, if I don't need a money sink :P) the amazingness that is Steam, especially during their big sales. It's the whole reason I have almost 200 games. Now if only I had enough HDD space to have more than ~10 installed at a time...

Wouldn't it be easier to glue their mouths shut minus a small section that you can use to feed them blended foods?

@Liztress, I've played a little bit of Persona 4, haven't seen the golden version (though I have seen Persona arena.)

On another note: I've been playing assassins creed 3 like crazy.

Or maybe they could have a feature in the game where you can make them be quiet.... where if your main character says "Can you Please Shut Up for five minutes.... please for Pete's SAKE!" lol then they are quiet... lol
I'm being silly now lol

I can definitely see how after about thirty minutes of the overlapping voices it would be annoying... it's like going to the E3 or something when there are so many people just wandering around having countless conversations just flowing through the air... it can be a bit much at times lol.

Roxxi, if you own a Vita, I recommend you get Persona 4 Golden. Especially if you liked what you played of with the original version. Arena is good though I'm bad at fighting games, lol.

I guess this is where the mute button could become your best friend during the game, lol.

Unfortunately, I don't own a Vita, and it will be a while before I'd be able to splurge on a console (I just got a ps3).

Ah, I'm like that. I splurged on my Vita. Will be the only system I get for at least a year. I wish the Vita's were cheaper. Or at least, the memory sticks for them were.

And bought the Dragonborn DLC for Skyrim so I'm been playing that. =3 I wish Hearthfire was out already for the PS3.

Yep. ^_^ Let's see... I have Skyrim, Disgaea 4, Lollipop Chainsaw, Fallout New Vegas, Dragon Age Origins, GoW collection, LEGO Batman 2, LEGO Star Wars The Clone Wars, Borderlands 2, Ni no Kuni, and Dragon's Dogma. Just to name some off the top of my head.

That's a shame. Most of them are really awesome. Totally recommend Skyrim, Ni no Kuni, and Borderlands 2.
