Tales of Symphonia was the only tales of game I've ever played.
It was AWESOME.
It's one of my favorite GC games.

I've played Phantasia on the original Snes (thank God for fan translations) and on the GBA (the crap version), Tales of Destiny and Tales of Eternia (I refuse to call it Tales of Destiny 2). I've loved all of them, except for the crap version of Phatasia >_>

oh that's cool. So that must mean I have that crap version. T^T nooo! I knew it was tru. XD Tales of Destiny looks so cool. but it's like freakin non exsistent in the usa. Well it is pretty old. o.O

Did yu see the anime version of Tales of phantasia? It loooks super special AWESOME!! XD but I don't want to continue it b/c I didn't finishe the game. the archery guy looks cool >.<

Hnnn, I played Symphonia (really did not like the characters much ^^; ), Legendia (O_O Wow, random battles are ow! xDD Senel was cute, but meh didn't enjoy it much :[), a little of Phantasia (watched the OVAs for this, seems like it was pretty good, did Symphonia totally copy half of it or what? owo;;), and Abyss (LOVE. <33333 )

So obviously out of the ones I've played, I liked Abyss the best. xD I loved all the characters, and I couldn't stop playing because I kept wanting to know what would happen. It got a little slow here and there, but its one I'm definitely going to play again more than once. :]

I would love to play some of the others, though.. I don't think any others have come out in english. T_T

Tales of Legendia, Tales of Destiny and Tales of Eternia (as tales of Destiny 2) have been released in english too.

I can't wait for knights of Rh..... whatever.
It takes place 5 years after Symphonia.

But Symphonia has the MOST replay value to me out of all my games.

Oh, hey! I was going to make a thread like this a while back. xD

Well, let's see... I've only ever played Symphonia, Phantasia, and Abyss; each had their own charm. But... I think my favourite would have to be Symphonia, because yes, it DID have the most replay value out of all the others (I'm not exactly sure how many times I played it; lost count 8D; But I played it A LOT, plus a few times with friends, and I can go through the dungeons without trouble now), and I LOVED the characters. Yuan ftw <333 And I can't rait for Ratatosk either D:

Abyss I liked too; Guy was my ABSOLUTE FAVOURITE. He started my collar/choker obsession and I RPed him in multifandom places for a while. Jade and Dist were tied for my second favourite, I think. I haven't replayed it yet, but I want to. It was just so much fun, and it was loaded with humor. D:

Chester was my favourite in Phantasia. And for the information of the others here that don't know, Phantasia does, in fact, take place a few hundred years (if I'm not mistaken) after Symphonia. It isn't ripping off Phantasia 8D;

I have a Tales-obsessed friend, and she knows about like, every Tales game out there, including the mini ones for cell phones and stuff xD She's insane, but I love her :'D Plus, she's makin' me play Legendia soon. I wonder how good it'll be, since I've heard mixed things...

Tales of Symphonia. A whopping two disks on the Gamecube :O The art and design was what drew me in :) *nods*
