I open my computer one day and all of a sudden.

Bam.

My wallpaper is gone. ._.

When I log in and out of my computer, I see it right before a blue background comes and covers it.

Does anyone know why and how this is happening? Dx And how I could fix it, perhaps?

Im sorry hun, I haven't the slightest idea.
My computer was pulling stuff like that for awhile...
It was also very infected with viruses though and we just ended up wiping it clean, so I still don't know what caused it.
Good luck though!
I hope you are able to figure it out soon ^_^

x.x That suckx.
I haven't had that problem with my computer. I've had it restart itself over and over before though. I had to run it in Safe Mode and do one of those System Restore things to fix it though.

I'm not a computer expert or anything, but I'd suggest running safe mode, doing some anti-virus and anti-spy/adware scans to see if they bring anything up. If not, your best bet would probably be to get out the recovery disks and use them. It'll wipe everything but the OS and what programs were on it when it was first bought off the C drive, but it should fix the error. If not you'll have to take it to a computer technician to have them look it over since they'd have a better idea of what was wrong with it.

xD All these big words having to do with computers are confusing me.

I tried a virus scan, and nothing pops up.

Uh. WHat's an OS?

I suggest doing a system restore.
