Hmm there isn't any sort of help forum for computer or internet related issues and assuming that the help forum is for the Menewsha website alone...

I use to watch online videos quite often on a daily basis, but now when I try to watch videos on like youtube or something, they'll usually just freeze the screen after a while and when I close it out and try opening other files on my desktop, they usually wont open after that and I have to restart my computer. I've been told to update Java and I did but it's no use really. This has been happening for the last 2 months or so.

Edit: Oh and I've scaned for spyware, malware, and virus with Spybot and ZoneAlarm but I found nothing.

But that doesn't...How are you able to go onto Menewsha then...?

The files work and everything after I restart my computer.

maybe you need to update your computer's video drivers or video plug-ins on your browser.
often times when a video doesn't load it's either because the necessary plug-in isn't installed/is an old version or your connection is having trouble accessing the site.
