I was on FireFox awhile ago and then I got booted off. Interent Explorer will oad and let me on it fine buy FireFox is no longer working, I can't even open it up. Can anyone help me?

I can't really help you but, I use firefox and I haven't had a problem with it. Maybe clear your cache? That's usually what takes care of issues for me.

Hit ctrl+alt+delete to bring up your Tast Manager.

Then click the "processes" tab. Find FireFox.exe and end the process.


Then you can close the task manager and try opening FireFox again. That usually works for me, so I hope it works for you!

I could'nt clear my cache because I could not open FireFox period. First time that ever happened, now I know thanks Sisely!
