You might want to avoid using '2' instead of
to... chat/1337 is discouraged here.

I've only done it once, but it was a minor game
when I was 6 or 7.
Why would you do that? xD If you order something
directly from Japan, you can expect the game
to be in their national language.
That's why we have companies that translate
the games and release them in America.

I've gotten several things in Japanese. The only thing I ordered that I thought was going to be English but WASN'T was.... FinalFantasy1 for PSP. I was a little surprised to see the katakana on the front box when I opened my mail. But that's ok.

I like getting some PS2 games in Japanese simply because I like the Japanese voice actors better than the icky over dub voices that they get changed to later. FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus is one example. Vincent's Japanese voice actor in that game is amazing, but the English is just 'meh'.

I remember playing a borrowed copy of some Naruto game or other with my brother and having to pause the mission screen every time so I could look up the kanji on what we were supposed to be doing. It was so funny.

I wouldn't recommend it unless you're already studying Nihongo. XD

Mwehehehe, I've only two games that are Japanese, and one is a sequel to the first.

Kira Kira Music Hour, a game based on a Japanese plastic figure series called Pinky St. It's a cutesy little rhythm game and OH so fun. Its sequel is Kira Kira Music Night, where you can play as the villain from the first game! :D There's an English version coming out that everything thinks is about Deathnote... Argh, xx;; It's called Kira Kira Pop Princess, and the poor main characters name was changed from Pucchi to Gaby, D:...

It's so funny that I rush through it because usuaully in video games, I take the time to read every line and look around at everything... But it took me less then three hours to play the game through, ;3...

Mwehehe, x3...

I expect to order several more games in Japanese, as long as there are only translations. I believe my next game will be a Final Fanatasy one, :3... Or atleast one from Square-Enix.
