i have a zune, too, the same one as you, actually. the only thing i could think of is to delete all of your files and sync them back on... maybe try to limit syncing to one computer, maybe it's conflicting.
if that doesnt work, try restoring factory settings and resyncing everything.
if all else fails, then send it back to the company if the warranty still covers it.
