Okay, first off, number one is an off brand, while the other two are Nokia, a time-tested brand in the mobile phone industry.
Second, the "slide" mechanism on the first one looks like it might last a few months before it either seizes or breaks, while the others have either a hinged flip or a solid slide which would hold up better.
