I love True Blood so much. I am actually watching the new episode right now. I have see every single one so far. I love it to death. Bill is my favorite. Lafayette is awesome to.

Bill is my favorite too, but you know, I think I'm starting to like Eric more. :drool: I love the newest episode though. I'd say it would have to be my favorite one of this season, and I loved the part where Sookie put her hand on Maryann's face and like shocked her, or whatever it was that she did. I already can't wait for the next episode lol. |
It's an okay show, a bit weird though ;v;

Love it! I'm totally an Eric fan...Bill pisses me off....especially since I've read the books. >.> I love Lafayette and Jessica too....and Hoyt. I really wanna see what Sophie-Anne (the queen) looks like. I've refrained from looking up the comic-con clips cuz I want to be surprised. :)
I think the story line with Maryanne will be carried into season three. (I hope so at least). With only two left it would seem a bit rushed (to me) if they summed it all up this season. |
My best friend got me into this but I'm not a diehard fan...yet. All I have to say is:
"Sookeh's maaaaaaaahne...betch." Well, sans the "betch" that is my favorite line. Yes I know it's spelled Sookie but I was just playing around with it for a few days. I'm only watching Season 1 because a certain couple of people don't want me to be skipping ahead since I found out I had permanent HBO for a loooooong time and discovered I could watch True Blood. I definitely love Lafayette! He doesn't rank into my Chris Crocker/Perez Hilton-scary meter at all. So I'm gonna finish up Season 1 and start into Season 2. Anyone read the books though? |

I'm fucking addicted to that show. I pretty much love every character. Except for Maryanne and Jason's horrible granola hippie, vampire killing, girlfriend (I still don't remember that bitch's name. :lol:) I think my favorites are Lafayette, Tara, Sookie, Jessica, Eric, Bill, and Godrick. Godric died in the books, sort of the same way as in the show. The only difference being that eric wasn't there and it wasn't on the top if a building xP
But yeah, godric was definitely an awesome character and when he didn't die right away, I was kind of hoping he wouldn't either... but in the end, he had to D: |
I agree abotu godric. He was one of my favorites. Now All I ahve to look forward to is sam and JAson...oh well, atleas I ahve something.

I didn't like him as much in the books though... Which I'm now reading because the season is over and I'm still obsessed. I'm on the fifth book now, Dead as a Doornail. I really enjoyed the last one because of Eric. TEAM ERIC FTW! :XD I used to like Bill, but the more the romance between him and Sook goes on, the more I don't like him. |
See, I coudl swing eitherway.... both Eric and bill ahd their good points and bad points, in a relationship with Sookie.
I'll be intersted to see what they end up doing with it.*thinks about books vs. Series.* SHould be good. |

Me too!!! I wonder if they'll still do it though. I guess it could go eitherway right now, but they'd really have to change things between Sookie and Eric's characters on the show. I know it's got potential but still I don't know right now they seem more fling liek fi anything.

Well, even in the books they're more like a fling -- at least thus far. I'm on the 5th book now -- almost done with it. XP
But yeah, I'm glad the show goes totally different directions from the books. It's good to get a surprise. XD |
I agree. I don't think I would have been as obessed with the show if it was the same as the book. I LOOOVE being surpirsed.
MY parents watch too and my mom will ask me what's going to happend and I'll be like...."In the books blah blah, but this never happend in the book or if it did this was different." So I bet it's pretty funny to watch me think I know and then be hit with the "HUH?!" Look. lol |
True Blood
couldn't find a thread about it already so I decided to make one. Funny enough I tried getting into the books and found them really boring, but I love the TV show!.......though Sookie can be annoying at times.

I havent read the books but they're definately on my xmas list. But as far as the series i have a serious thing for eric, bill not so much. I want to eric and sookie together even though sookie bugs the hell out of me sometimes.

True Blood! I like that show it was good (other then the making the characters naked like in every episode). Though I found out the real actors for Sookie and Bill were engaged or married or something. Really cool.
Lol I need to start watching it again but I don't know what time it comes on anymore. Oh Terra has to be like the best character. <3 Likes how she talks junk all the time. |
