Franklin certainly was crazy...but Russell is freakin' nuts! I loved this episode, how little perfect Nancy Flanagan still is taking human blood (I love Nancy though). I wonder how the authority is going to deal with Russell.
I think I might buy this issue of Rolling Stone (I've never bought one before) just want to hear the True Blood gossip. |

But I got to watch the first episode and I gotta' say that I still like it even after finishing the books. I don't remember who told me to view as separate from the books, but they were a genius. :drool: I am gonna' try and watch a couple of episodes tonight. I finished the second episode last night (it took me two hours to watch it. :illgetu: Friggin' computer) and I thought it was pretty awesome, still. I absolutely adore what they have been doing with Lafayette. He's probably one of the reasons I'll continue to watch the show. And I gotta' say the Eric's character is one of my favorites because he seems to be the same from the book series into this series. I really enjoy that he still has that some-what-real-yet-subtle attraction to Sookie that he makes it totally about sex when he speaks to her. Ugh. And the actor is GLORIOUS.

I'm really glad that they kept Lafayette. He is one of my favourite characters along with Eric. I actually wish that Eric and Pam were a couple, now that would be a hot couple!!

I really enjoyed the scene with Lafayette and Jesus. It's obvious Jesus is a shaman of some sort. He's definitely tapped into his higher power. I think they're going to take Lafayette in the same direction, seeing as how they did the flashback to his great, great grandmother and all... :D I'm glad they kept him around. He's a great character.
And I do love Pam! She's fantastic. So snarky and well-dressed... XP ---------- Estrella, did that site I PMed you work out? |
