Has anyone noticed a video game or show that is secretly bad?
 
I know of basically two pretty bad ones. A movie and a game, Super Mario, and Alice in Wonderland.

Yes we all know that Alice in Wonderland was an author's sick vision on addiction to cocaine.

But did we know that Super Mario supports the use of drugs?

I can prove this theory as well, I'm not just trying to make something up. If you literally think it through there is not a single good wholesome aspect of Super Mario.\



So, I pretty much want to know if anyone had found any other games/movies.

That movie 'Greese.' I watched it when I was younger, and it didn't seem rude at all O.o'

But, a while ago I re-watched it and. Damn. It's mostly about Sex, Music, and being 'Cool...'

I agree! If you listen to the words it is in fact extremely sexual. I didn't even think of that one but it's good cause it's always been a kinda family oriented movie. Thanks very much!

Heh. I never watched Grease, but someone asked my theatre teacher of why we would never do the play at my high school as long as he's there...

His response was along the lines of "if your boyfriend doesn't like you, wear leather."

Entire class ended up cracking up. :]

The only thing in the whole game that remotely shadows something of a good game is that he's trying to defeat a large lizard like bad guy which could ultimately be viewed as the devil.

you know, the whole lizard is from hell, Satan's a snake. blah blah.
;) but that's it.

I seriously doubt Shiggy had drugs in mind when he created Super Mario Bros. He got the idea for the Super Mushrooms from Alice in Wonderland, so if you want to blame the drugs on anything, it's Lewis Carrol.

The game Banjo Kazooie had a lot of crude humor in it, but it didn't make it a bad game.

It seems to be geared towards morally questionable, though if that was the case then all games along with everything else would have something "bad" in them.

Even then, the Movie Alice in Wonderland is too about the stages of Cocaine addiction.
