The Crazies; Worth the Ten Dollar Ticket?
Hi guys! So, the film The Crazies came out in my country two days ago and I'm wondering if it's worth the money to see it in theatres. I adore zombie movies and their subgenres and kinda blew off The Crazies when I saw the ads as being another cruddy attempt at making a good zombie spin-off. Howeverm reviews for the film have apparently been good. So I want to hear it from somebody first hand (preferably somebody that likes these kinds of movies).
As a reference, I love 28 Days Later, Zombieland, Shaun of the Dead, and Pontypool (check it out if you haven't seen it!) but 28 Weeks Later and Slither are terrible. Thoughts? It's much appreciated! |
Just go see it. You'll end up liking it a lot if you don't go. And that'll suck on missing out on it.
I want to see it, but I'm also from Iowa and all my friends are making me watch it anyways. :P I'll tell you how it is if I see it soon. |
lol well my boyfriend wants to go see it I like zombie movies I loved Shaun of the dead!!! it was epic!!!! and I just saw Zombieland it was sooooo funny lol I loved it! I probally would rent the crazies unless I went to go see it with friends or something but thats cause I just don't see to many movies in theaters these days lol cause I happen to be very very broke lol

I saw it opening day. I'm completely terrified of zombies but I like to try and overcome my fear. I'm still scared but I really liked the movie. Halfway through the movie I realized that they aren't really zombies. The virus really does make them crazy cause they can sorta communicate sometimes and they have thought processes, they're just...crazy. Lol, sorry, the movie makes me think. There are some funny parts too.
