Any Johnny Depp or Tim Burton fans here?

I don't know if any of you have seen my other threads.. those of you who have you might have already guessed that I am A huge fan of both Johnny Depp and Tim Burton... so I thought I would post a thread to see if I could meet/make friends with any other fans of the two (: So, are you a fan? Why or why not? ^-^ |
I kind of have a crush on Johnny Depp.
And I think he's an amazing actor! Seriously, he becomes his characters so well that if I didn't know it was him, I wouldn't recognize him as I saw him from movie to movie. He transforms everything about himself so completely that he can become any character in any movie. He's great! |
I love Tim Burnts movies they are diffrent and funny. Johnny Depp is great actre I really like it when he was Willy Wonka.

I love every movie that Johnny Depp and Tim Burton team up on. I think that they both work well together.
I once told my boyfriend at the time, who happens to be an awesome Dugeon Master, that I thought Johnny Depp would be really fun to have a few gaming sessions with. The depth in which he devotes his characters and the work for his craft is what I really admire. I have seen many of his movies and respect him for the choices he has made for movies. I hope he has as much fun making movies as I am to see them. I bet Tim Burton would make an awsome DM. A bit predictable, possibly, but he really takes you to his world and showes the high, low and everything in between. |
I like both of them. Tim Burton is a genius when it comes to making movies and hiring the best people to play the part perfectly. And I like Johnny Depp because he is a great actor and I like majority of the movies. Plus him being a high school drop out appealed to me since I was and is one as well.

Tim Burton is amazing! and Johnny Depp is amazing as well! they are a great pairing and they realize this! that is why every movie Burton produces, Johnny Depp is some character.

Both of them are amazing. Johnny Depp isn't like a typical celebrity. He doesn't like the limelight, but he loves acting. He makes each character his own. He can be hilarious (Jack Sparrow), crazy (Willy Wonka), scary (Sweeney Todd), serious (Edward Scissorhands), and everything else. He's gorgeous and a great actor. He makes you believe his character is real and he sucks you in from the instant he pops up on the screen. Tim Burton is awesome as well. He writes so amazingly and beautifully. I love his dark view on things. When the two are paired together, they are invincible. My favorite actor+my favorite director=AMAZING -angels sing-

They are both amazing. I love how well Johnny Depp takes on the roles, he's a great actor, even though Tim Burton's characters are never normal. Helena Bonham Carter is another I love in Burton's films, especially with Depp because they work so well together. Corpse Bride is one of my favorites, but Sweeney Todd takes the cake.

I love Johnny and Tim. I didn't like Alice in Wonderland, but other things they've done have been pretty cool. I thought Johnny was a good Sweeney Todd. D: I love Johnny's versatility and Tim's creativity. They both are extremely talented people.

OH MY GOD YES. they do great things when they combine their powers :D WITH OUR POWERS COMBINED.. lol but yeah, they are quite brilliant at the whole movie game. I really like the nightmare before christmas, the animation style is so cool and now super nostalgic. i'm not sure what my favorite johnny depp movie is, but i really like edward scissor hands and the pirates trilogy (though i'd say the first one was my favorite out of all of them). he did a good job with the voice acting in Corpse Bride and SWEET JESUS can he sing! Sweeney Todd was FANTASTIC.

johnny depp and tim burton are like the magical duo! everything they do together is fan-freakin-tastic!
i mean, johnny depp is pretty great in other movies too... they way he really becomes the characters is kind of eerie but strangely fascinating... i believe that is what makes him so wonderful... but look at 'edward scissorhands', 'ed wood', 'sleepy hollow' and all the newer ones with them both ('corpse bride', 'sweeney todd: demon barber of fleet street', charlie and the chocolate factory' and 'alice in wonderland') they have been down right amazing... all kinds of dark humor and subtlety... genius! |
I love Tim Burton movies but I got to admit that they are a little scary, but that is why I like them. Coraline freaked me out so bad when first watched it, my friend and I freaked out when that lady was attacking her in that web thing. lol good times. But I also love Johnny Deep especially in pirates of the Caribbean and Willy Wonka.

Johnny Depp is freaking amazing to start with!! When he teams up with Tim Burton you have one amazing movie! I just love him in Edward Scissorhands,and Sleepy Hollow. I also think he brought way more fun to his Willy Wonka character! Love him, Love him!!! What a hottie. :shock:

I love Johnny Depp <3 He was hilarious in POTC and I loved him in Chocolat. I liked them both when they did "The Legend of Sleepy Hollow" and "The Corpse Bride." They're a good combination, in my opinion.

Tim Burton Rules!!! Johnny Depp tends to be in his films huh? Corpse Bride, The Night mare Before Christmas; I lve those movies, Edward Scissor Hands was sad but I still liked it! James and the Giant Peach, that movie was sweet!!! The Centipede getting into fights with every one is so hilarious!!! I also enjoyed the songs a lot!!!

I love Johnny Depp and Tim Burton!! Johnny is perfect for all of Tim Burtons movies and all of Tim Burtons movie are Wonderful! Like the new Alice in Wonderland!! The new Alice in Wonderland is my favorite movie of his!! I also love how all or Tims movies can be dark and creepy, but also really nicee to watch!! xD
