My favorite voice actors would have to be Charlie Adler, Dan Castellaneta, or Jim Cummings.

As for roles, it's hard for me to pick but I always loved Charlie Adler as Mechanicles from the Aladdin series and Ickis from Ahh! Real monsters. Dan Castellaneta I always like as MegaVolt from Darkwing duck and Grandpa from Hey Arnold! although he always does an awesome job with all his characters. Jim Cummings does so many different roles it's really hard to pick one. I'd probably have to say either Dr. Robotnic from Sonic SatAM or Scar from the Lion king. He does the villain voice so well but he is also good at doing Tigger and Pooh's voices as well.

Hmmm... I don't watch many cartoons... can it be from a video game? If it can, then the voice actress who plays the Female Shephard from Mass Effect. The male one blows.

There are some very good voice actors out there. A favourite of mine is definitely Namikawa Daisuke who voices Ulquiorra Cifer in the anime series Bleach. ANother favourite is the guy that does the voices for both Ichigo from Bleach and Lelouch from Code Geass, Johny Yong Bosch.
Hmmm...let's think....I also love the voice actress that does Toshiro's voice in Bleach! Paku Romi rules! She's also done the voices for Tao Ren from Shamon King, Ichijoji Ken from Digimon and Temari from Naruto! All are done brilliantly but Toshiro is the best! (then again I'm biassed)
And I had no idea that the same guy that did Robotnik for the Sonic SatAM also did Scar and Tigger and Pooh! I had no clue! You really do learn something new every day I guess.

Ooh! The voice of Miroku is good! He's brilliant! Miroku is cool, even if he can be a pervert.

Fukuyama Jun - Mizuiro + Yumichika (Bleach), Aido (Vampire Knight), Grell (Kuroshitsuji), Lelouch (Code Geass)

Both are very good voice actors who can really change their voices to do all sorts of different characters
