I agree with everything on that blog except for missing Angelina. I never missed her. I didn't even see her in Season 1, but when I watched Season 2, I found out why no one liked her.

No, it's just that I'm bored here now and the site's changed a lot since it first opened. There's really not much for me to do here anymore. I've only got 1 active RP on here and two on hiatus...the others I just dropped. So in essence, times have changed and I need to start moving on.

It fairly boggles my mind that such common, crass and licentious people have managed to become the subject of a television show. I have watched it, there is nothing about these people that sets them apart from anyone else like them and they did not appear to me to be talented or intelligent or impressive, as human beings go. Aside from emulating an obnoxious stereotype of the Italian/American culture it has no real value. The drama is puerile and there is no reason I should care about these individuals so their trials and tribulations evoke no emotion from me. As a reality show, it leaves much to be desired.

Well, it was thoroughly irritating. I'm the sort of person that will give everything a try and after hearing about it I had certain expectations, none of which were met. Ultimately I was very disappointed.
Besides, I kept my critique of the show rather clean and professional. I could have been much worse. I'm aware that people like it, if they didn't it wouldn't have run past the first season, sadly I am not easily amused by reality TV and rarely find shows I like. |
