Aladdin: The Series
 

I was going through old cartoons and came across this series again. I used to be obsessed with it when I was younger along with the first Aladdin movie. XD

Now that I'm older I still enjoy it even though the series had some pretty bad animation. XD

Anyone else a fan or used to watch the series?

I watched it a few times, but it just didn't compare to the movies. Nope.

Agreed. Especially the first movie. XD

The series did have some interesting villains that were introduced. Although there are a few points where they seemed to forget that they introduced characters which was kind of annoying.

i loved the aladdin series. but i believe the best one of all was the first one. i still love watching the movies just as much as i did when i was younger, and im glad to be able to pass down good movies like this to my two lil ones.

The first movie defiantly had a lot better animation than any of the other movies or the animated series. I still pull out the movies and watch the TV series every now and then. XD

I think that with the TV series they could have done more, like with most of the TV series Disney made out of movies.

Oh, I rather liked the series.
-nostalgias all over the place- Wasn't there a second love interest? A peasant girl who looked something like Jasmine? Though as I recall that was rather one sided.

Yeah, she would always try to steal Aladdin away from Jasmine. XD Sadira was her name.

Yeah, I pitied the poor thing.

Gotta admit though her powers of controlling sand were pretty sweet. Tough competition for Jasmine if he ever was interested. XD

I'd forgotten about that. Did she have them all along, or end up endowed with them at some point? My memory tanks are leaning towards the latter.

She ended up stumbling across them on accident. I forget how though. XD
