"But that's a book series!" you say... "It doesn't belong here!" well... you're wrong! I was happily stumbling this afternoon and I found an article that can only be described as exciting news for Anne McCaffery fans.

They're making a Dragon Flight movie!

The article is here if you want to read it, but basically it says there's no director as of yet, but they hope to begin production early next year.

Is anybody else excited? Or scared that the series will be ruined? I can just see this becoming corny.. or being of high rating because Anne McCaffery barely ever writes a book without a sex scene. It was made into a successful graphic novel though, so there is hope.

This is the first I've heard of the movie, and while I'm a little concerned about them ruining the books, I can't help but be excited at the thought of a movie :) Any news on when it will be coming out?

Naw, they only made this announcement the day before I found it. I'll try find more info though.
