The last movie I saw was 30 Days Of Night. Some of it was grotesque. Like the whole head crunching under the foot thing. Other than that it was a pretty good movie. I liked the whole take on " They thought of us as fairy tales and bedtime nightmares" kind of thing but then they were supposed to burn the town so that no one would be left alive to tell others of the new discovery of Vampyres being real and all. Especially after that poor boy killed the little girl vamp and almost puked about it. Aweh, I felt bad. ^_^

Disturbia
When I first heard of this I was expecting some very sick movie. The cover looked kinda creepy aswell. I was to find out today that I was very wrong about that. It isnt that sick actually.
The story is about a boy who commited a crime and is grounded to his house by authority for 3 months. Bored and with nothing to do he decides spying on his neighbours. Together with a girl who just recently moved into his neighbourhood and his best friend, he finds out some dark secrets his neighbour keeps.

This movie is full of suspense. I will give it a 4/5

A few days ago I saw Iron Man with my sister. It was very good. 9/10

Last night I went and saw the new Indiana Jones movie with my whole family. It was entertaining but seemed more like an Indiana Jones parody than an Indiana Jones movie. If that makes any sense to anyone but me. 7/10

the last movie I saw was Indiana Jones and the crystal skull.
Before I start, I must tell everyone I am a HUGE Indiana Jones fan. I absolutely adore the trilogy.
I believe they should have kept the trilogy the way it was becuase poor Harrison Ford is just a little too old to be in another action movie. He is definately in very good shape and all, but I think it just spoilt it just a little because he is a little too old.
The plot was very interesting, there was a lot of parts I liked very much, and I give it a 9/10. It would of been 10/10 if they made this movie 20 years ago like the other 3 movies. but overall it was great =3

you should all go see it!

I just went to see Sex and the City: The Movie and it was great. I would give it a 10 if you're already a fan of the show and probably a 7 if you aren't. It was almost a love letter to the fans and what they wanted from the end of the series. It was how the show should have ended. The girls stories all got tied up in nice little high fashion bows.

I'll just comment on and rate the last TWO movies I saw. :3

First up! Caregiver... -_____-;; (It's a Filipino Movie) I can't really say I'm disappointed 'cause I didn't expect much to begin with. I'd give it a 6/10. It wasn't very moving...maybe because the pace of the story was moving ever so slowly. Most of the scenes (and the lines) were very predictable. As for cinematography.. it was okay..after all, it was a slice-of-life type of movie.

Second! PERSEPOLIS!!! XDDD
I LOVED IT! I'd give it a 9.95/10 hehehe.. it ain't perfect because I read the graphic novel and even if in my perspective, the book is better than the animated movie, they still did one hell of a good job. The story was moving so fast and it skipped a few of my favorite scenes in the novel but nevertheless, it was still very good. The movie lived up to its expectations for me and would also have made other viewers who also read the book love it as much as I do too. Black and White 2D animation FTW!! XD

I finally watched Sweeny Todd, the singing was good and all, and the characters were wonderful. But the excessive bloodshed which is obviously fake looking, kind of threw it off a bit. Still loved the movie though.

Indiana Jones: The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull.

REALLY good. <3
But the ending was a little... odd. O__o

*WARNING--SPOILER BELOW. DON'T HIGHLIGHT UNLESS YOU'VE SEEN THE MOVIE OR DON'T CARE.*

It ended with ufos. @[email protected] I mean, It was neat n' all--but the spaceship looked too modern-y. I was expecting a different kind of ship that wasn't a disk. D;
It was also a good ending, because Indy and Mary get married. x3
That and... Indy has a SON. ZOMG.

4.99/5 stars. :insane:

AND ONE MORE.

Cloverfield. I rented it last night.
It was AWESOME considering that it was taped the way the Blair Witch Project was. Amazing how real it looked.

4.5/5 stars. <3

Killer Klownz from Outer Space.

2/5

The costumes were lovely, but the plot and acting was terrible.

Just watched the movie "Untraceable" and it was damn good. Seriously. I don't like many movies that my mother likes and I am really considering buying that movie.

In the magical world of Chris Gore; it's a buy. You gotta watch that movie.

9/10 <3 (The highest rating I've given a movie in a really long time.

I saw Prince Caspian recently. It was awesome. Definitely better then the first movie. And Ben Barnes played Prince Caspian very well. In fact he finally made PC hot. xD

I'd have to give it 5/5 stars in my book.

The last movie I saw was Juno. Michael Cera and Ellen page make such a cute couple, and the whole story was just really good. I was skeptic as to why everyone liked it at first, but man...it was really good.

8/10 stars. :'D

Last night I saw Pirates of the Caribbean 2: Dead Man's Chest.
I'll give it three stars.

This movie was just a little too kiddie-friendly family-fun for me. Far too much was put into it that didn't fit well at all. Cheap laughs.
Not to mention how corny and predictable the dramatic scenes were. A few parts were enjoyable, but much of it felt just so incredibly hoky.

I have no problem with comedic relief, but the comedic relief provided in this movie was much too silly for the plot. It's basically the equivalent about two people giggling about a fart joke on a battlefield. It just doesn't work.
Sarcasm or dry wit would have fit in much better than the goofy fluff we were provided with.

And if Orlando Bloom had any more scenes than he had, I might have shot him. It's painfully obvious that he's acting. You don't see Will Turner onstage. You see Orlando Bloom in period clothing reciting some lines and vaguely reacting to them.

Probably the only thing that saved this movie in my opinion would be the skilled acting of Johnny Depp, Keira Knightley, and Tom Hollander.
Though Johnny was thrown a bit of unnecessary silliness, he still makes the role very good.
And I was a bit (nicely) surprised to see Tom Hollander in this, in that he was also in Pride and Prejudice with Keira Knightley. It should probably say something about his acting skill in that while he didn't look terribly different in Pirates than he did in his roll as Mr. Collins, that at first, I didn't even recognize him. And when I did finally place him, I was never 100% sure until I looked it up.

Last movies I saw ...

Meet The Spartans
6/10
I thought it would be funnier, actually ...
Even though I usually hate those stupid as hell movies.
It was kinda funny - the Britney Spears part was the best part ... not enough of her in there.
Haha.

Semi Pro

8/10
It was pretty darn funny. Typical Will Ferrell movie.
If you are a fan of his, you will like this movie.

The last movie I've seen was Next.
I would give the movie a 5.5 out of 10,
only because the ending was not what
I was expecting. I would have liked it more
and gave it a better rating had the ending
made the movie worth watching. But Nicholas
Cage and Jessica Biel's acting was superb as always.

We were going to see another movie but we missed it; so we went to see this instead.

It was actually a better movie than I thought it would be. I liked it a lot.

9/10 It was a great movie. Sparked my interest.

Iron Man - 9/10

I REALLY liked Iron Man. Robert Downey Jr was perfect casting. I like how they actually focused on the plot enough to make the way things progressed seem...believable. The cast was good, the lines were good, the graphics were good...overall, a very enjoyable movie even for people that are familiar with the comic. F'reals. Looking forward to the second one.

Last movie I saw was Prom night,
I thought it was rather amusing,
though it left alot to the imaginatation, Like why was he stalking her?

Even so I would give it a Seven.
it was annoying though becuase there were these foreingers in front of us and they talked all the way through it.
and they kep on jumping a mile whenever the music stopped >.<
And also, My Boyfriend fell asleep >.<
I was Like Honey, Wake up >.<
and he was Like, I wasn't sleeping.
and I was Like, Oh so you were resting your eyes?
and he was Like Uhhh... Yes?

The Happening

Unfortunately, I cannot give it a rating on a scale of 1-10 because I'm not sure what I'd place it at.

See, it had some moments there were funny and others that made you cringe. It started off pretty strong and I liked a couple of people in the cast.

HOWEVER, the general idea for the movie was kinda stupid and I didn't like the ending. Really, I'd probably just tell you to NOT spend money on it by seeing it in the theater. If you're a fan of M. Nnight Shyamalamadingdong then g'head and maybe rent it later or snag a ripped copy off the intarweb because it's really, really not worth spending money on...in my opinion. =3=

If anyone wants to hear some spoilers/details, I'll totally share. Just message me, ne? XD

Ratz
5 1/2 truffles out of 10
While the acting was pretty good at points, the overall effect and humor was lost due to a poor script (in my opinion). The rating would be lower if the guys hadn't been so good looking xD

CATS was the last movie I watched, and it gets a full 10/10 from me. It was beautiful, the entire way through, and I fell in love with some of the actors and actresses. I'd love to see it done live.

I watch Practical Magic last night. I quite like that movie. I would give it a 10 out of 10. The actors in it are great. Sandra Bullock who plays Sally is one of my favorite actresses even though some people argue that she is not that good at all. Best part of the movie is when they are fixing and drinking the margaritas.

"You put the lime in the coconut and drink it all up!"

I love that song.
