Just watched the fourth kind last night, it's interesting but has no real re-watch value so I would give it a 5/10

"Everyone Says I Love You"...a Woody Allen movie with tons of stars (including Goldie Hawn, Drew Barrymore, and Julia Roberts) it has some great old songs, and my fav part was the ghosts singing and dancing at the funeral. 9 out of 10

Rabid Rainbow 11-08-2009 11:41 PM

The last movie I saw (actually, I was rewatching it) was The Wizard of Oz. It's one of my faves, so 10/10 for a rating, obviously.

*sigh* I still wish I could go to Oz.

if oz was a real place, i would live there.

if you like wizard of oz, have you seen or read the wicked novels?

saw the cirque de freak: vampire's assistant
on... wednesday, i believe.

i loved the books when i was younger, but it is certainly a movie for kids. i was a little disappointed in the childishness of it.

AND THEY RAPED THE CHARACTER EVRA. ; 0;
he was supposed to be mostly shirtless and have long pretty green hair.
but that... is definately not the direction they went in with him. and they turned him into an emo kid. :[

but it was a cute movie. if they continue the saga, i will watch the movies and be pleased, i'm sure.

I saw The Time Traveler's Wife last night and I have mixed feelings about it. I don't think it's bad, but I didn't really enjoy watching it. It's one of those movies that if you feel like crying you should watch it, but I wasn't in a crying mood at all last night so I didn't cry or get emotional. It just had a depressing feeling.
I really wanted this movie to be good. I did like the story because the whole concept is really cool. Just wasn't crazy about the ending.
Oh, and the first half I wasn't crazy about at all. The whole conflict seemed to be him just trying to find clothes after he'd time traveled. The second half was much better and I felt more attached to the characters.
I'll still give it a 4/5. I think if someone wants to watch something romantic but sad then this is their movie.

Hmm..last movie I saw? That would be...
Snakehead Terror. It's a pretty ridiculous movie, to be completely honest. I'd give it a 4/10, just because it does keep you going and it can be kind of thrilling. Sometimes.

Paranormal Activity TWO THUMBS UPPPPP

Alchemist of Anarchy 11-10-2009 06:48 PM

The last movie that I saw was "Where the Wild Things Are" and I can sum that whole movie up in one word... huh? I honestly could not follow the plot, I'm not even sure if there was one. The effects and puppets were amazing, but there was no story. Perhaps I am wrong, I haven't read the book since I was a kid. It could be that there really is no plot to begin with. I just know that I left the theater disappointed and down seven bucks.

Grandma's Boy- I think it is hilarious even tho i have watched it like 10 times already. Allen Covert is a very funny actor. lol I give it 10 chocolates

IshtarDuzie 11-12-2009 02:41 AM

the last movie that i saw in theators was 'this is it' It was absoultly amazing. I am happy but sad at the same time. i am happy that i got the chance to see it because there is no way that i would've been able to go to england to see the concert but i am also sad because...well...this is it.

sourdango 11-12-2009 04:56 AM

I saw Paprika. It was such a mind-raping experience.

lol very nice metaphor O>O

I think the last movie I saw was probably Zombieland. I liked it and I would recommend it. I was laughing out loud and slapping my knee a lot..heeehee

Anyway, I have a list of really good, mind-provoking movies to watch, but I just haven't been to Blockbuster or signed up for Netflix. I'm broke :P

DarkMelancholy 11-12-2009 06:01 PM

The last movie I saw was "The Men Who Stared At Goats." And when I
say that, I keep wanting to say "Ghosts" instead of "Goats." Haha. Anyway, I
thought the movie was alright--nothing too special. There were some parts that
were hilarious and other parts just really weird. It wasn't really a movie I would
have watched, but my friends chose it, thinking it would be good comedy movie.
Haha. However, the ending was really good. So, I give it two/three thumps up out
of five? Hm...

Lorwynmoontide 11-13-2009 05:47 AM

The Terminator Salvation was a good movie :D

10 out of 5 for Christian Bale being so yummy PLUS the Terminator guy being hot too.

10 out of 5 for Special Effects, I was like OMG the whole time.

5/5 overall. Great movie!

Wait, crap. That wasn't the last movie I saw. I'm sorry. It was District 9.

1/5 stars. Waste of my time/money. Hated it. Go die! Boring as hell.

Interstellar 11-14-2009 07:47 PM

Austin Powers: The Spy Who Shagged Me.
Meh, 4/5.

amuletkitty 11-14-2009 08:56 PM

The last movie I saw was Rush Hour 3. I liked it, so I gave it 5 stars.

Michy Lea 11-16-2009 01:40 AM

2012

5/5

It was much better than I expected, 'cause I didn't expect to like it at all. The special effects were really good. It was a kind of creepy movie, though. I don't really want to think about the world ending. And I should take off a star for the guy I thought was the cutest on in the movie, dying. Boo. And, that isn't a spoiler unless you somehow can guess which guy I thought was the sexiest out of them all.

TheYaoiButterfly 11-16-2009 01:12 PM

the movie I saw most recently (not in theaters) was Young Frankenstein <3 absolutely wonderfully done movie. Very funny. It's one of my favorite movies. The most reecent one I saw in Theaters was Trasnformers 2 over the summer. I kind of regret it though >_> *shrugs* whatever

I loved the Young Frankenstein movie...T2:RotF was....not that great, but I could watch it at least...I guess.

13sReborn 11-18-2009 01:42 AM

I just saw Meet the Robinsons on the television yesterday. xDD It was hilarious. I loved Goob.
I'd probably rate it a four of five, just because I didn't like the main character. v.v;;

Sally Sinema 11-18-2009 04:19 AM

Pirate Radio 7/10, pretty good movie, stayed true to the feel of the 60's rock movie genre.

AnimeSky 11-18-2009 05:22 AM

Blood the last vampire the live action one

Riechan 11-19-2009 01:55 AM

I watched the new Star Trek movie, which was actually pretty awesome, even if you don't really watch Star Trek. The Special Effects were pretty fantastic, and even though I only sometimes watch Star Trek, the movie was really easy to follow for people who don't know a whole lot.

9/10

I'm sorry, but I totally disagree with both your points.

Terminator had no plot, honestly, what was the point of the movie besides the special effects? It was SO pointless, I don't even understand why it was made.

District 9 was amazing and it was far from boring. The story was amazing, and gosh, the aliens' technology was really cool.

The last movie I saw was Office Space, it was hilarious. I didn't really like the ending, or how it ended actually, but it was a really funny movie.

Kole_Locke 11-19-2009 05:18 PM

I saw District Nine, and thought it was an interesting way to tell the movie in a documentary form. It was quite gory though which is something that doesn't settle well with me, but over all I give it a seven point seven five out of ten. A lot of people in the movies actually liked the alien lazers and the gore that followed. I was kind of disturbed by that actually.
