Boondock Saints 2: All Saints day. I'd give it a 6/10. It was a good movie, but it just paled in comparison to the first one, and there were sooooo many things that pissed me off for how campy they made it. Like I know the first movie was done on a low budget, and there was some minor cheesiness, but they were doing it deliberately this time and it just wasn't flattering to the saints. It had some really great elements though to. All in all a good watch, glad I own it, but still, I think it failed to do the McManis brothers justice.

Around the World in 80 Days with Jackie Chan. That was such a bad, but very funny movie.

I'd say........ 7/10!

I watched the Notebook today. I was surprisingly satisfied. I usually don't like movies like that, though I've always wanted to find one I do like. I give it an 8.5/10.

The Stranger

Honestly, I just rented it because Stone Cold is in it. So, I had no expectations, as I didn't even know what it was about. So, I guess it was better than I would have expected. His acting wasn't too bad. It was full of action. The ending wasn't really what I would have expected. It was different than usual, as there wasn't the happy family ending most movies like that have. So...

4/5 stars, I suppose

Tooth Fairy

I would say it met expectations. It made me laugh out loud at various points. And the Rock looked good in his costume. He's a good actor. It makes me miss the Attitude Era of WWE... The movie was good, though. I'd watch it again.

5/5 stars, for what it was, a "family" movie

Dear John

I'm still currently watching, will update once it's over.

Edit: So... It was a good movie. I'm always a little iffy on Channing Tatum's acting. It kind of seems the same in all the movies I've seen him in. He's still somewhat believable, though, and his looks make up for the rest. Otherwise, it was pretty good. I didn't expect that sort of dynamic with his dad. So, that kind of added another level to the movie. I don't think it really lived up to my expectations, though. I thought it was going to be more of a romance, I suppose. Like the other movie, the name of which is failing me now... It kind of left me warm and fuzzy even while I was sad. The Notebook. That was the name. This one didn't have a clear ending. It seemed like there could be a Dear John 2 or something. So...

3/5 for feeling incomplete

Oooo, I loved that movie. I read the book first though and actually the movie was better than the book (lol), which is unusual. The beginning of the movie was a bit boring though.

The beginning was a tad boring. I watched it again (we're spoofing it in drama, I needed to get familiar with it), and the first half hour is seriously just a bunch of kissing and not a lot of like, depth. xD

Shutter Island

There isn't much I can say about it without spoiling it. It definitely screwed with the mind. I wasn't sure what to believe until the end. It was kind of a sad movie, really. Definitely would watch it again.

5/5 stars

Last movie I seen was a Johnny Depp movies....-shivers at his sexiness- ANYWAYS! It was a musical. Cry Baby from 1990 Directed by John Waters. With Johnny Depp, Amy Locane, Susan Tyrrell. Its totally awesome. If you like corny romance funny movies..Thats the one. I rate it 5 Special Dark Chocolate Stars! I'm not so much inlove with Johnny Depp as I am Orlando Bloom...But only when he played in Lord of the Rings Series... Yay for Elf sexiness! Whoot!

The last movie I saw was Billy Elliot. I absolutely loved the film, even the soundtrack was awesome. Fair enough I wasn't so enthused when my English teacher wanted to explore the issues explored such as homosexuality and the miners strike but all in all it was an amazing film. I also love the geordie accent.

Yesterday my mom and I saw the Prince of Persia movie and it was really good. The only thing that I didn't like about the movie was the snakes. Other then that, it was a really good movie.

The Karate Kid. 5/5

It's humourous title (I find it funny anyway), the wonderful story, and the great acting pulled together a wonderful movie. The Karate Kid was amazing. If you like humour, virtuous insight, and kick-butt Kung-fu moves, you'll enjoy this movie. And plus, it has Jackie Chan. What else do you need?

I just recently bought The Time Traveler's Wife because I thought I was SO going to love it. So, I watched it (cause I got it pretty cheap from F.Y.E) and I have to say. It was not bad. It was a sad movie, but it was touching.

Hmmm....I say...4 1/2 out of 5 :)

Angela's Ashes is a VERY, VERY, VERY sad movie. You also feel like hitting the father over the head with a frying pan. ><
It had its funny moments.
I would give it 9/10. ^^
