Epic. Epic beyond belief. The action was intense. The movie was fast-paced. The scenes were gloriously beautiful. The banter and conversations were priceless. The detail this movie had was just pure awesomeness. You need to go see it right now. If you already watched it, WATCH IT AGAIN. So goddamn great.

100/10. Hands down. Tony Stark (Iron Man) helped it get the extra 90 points. Bwah ha ha <3

Went to see Men in Black 3 today, and it's pretty awesome. Love the hilarious scenes in it, and the aliens in it were pretty cool~ Wish there were more old-K scenes though. I'd say maybe...8~9/10?

I recently rewatched the movie 9, about sentient ragdolls made by one of the last men on earth, a scientist, after a huge war between humans and machines.

I actually love the movie, it's got real lessons in it, even if it's in a dystopian wasteland that hasn't happened. But it shows how humans can easily abuse their ability and power, and what could come of it later if we aren't careful. I love the fantasy aspect of it too, just because fantasy makes a movie just a little better, where it counts.

I'd give it 4.9/5 stars.

I really liked 9 i thought it was quite cute :P

anyway...

The last film that I saw was called Beginners, with Ewan Mcgregor it's a very quiet film your gunna need to turn the speakers up if you want to be able to hear it. I thought that it was a nice film and it's based on a true story its based on the directors life experiences about his Dad coming out of the closet.

My Score: 4/5 Stars

I just watched Perfect Blue. Honestly, I have no ideal what rating to give it. I'm still trying to process it, because it is such a mind screw. I enjoyed it, I guess. Still, it was pretty messed up.

The last film I saw was 'The Avengers'. I saw it a few weeks ago in the cinema and I absolutely loved it. Iron Man, Thor, Loki and Captain America make the movie for me. If anyone here hasn't seen it, even if you're not a Marvel fan, I would definitely suggest seeing it!

5/5

I have to agree that The Avengers was really good. The last movie I saw was Tim Burton's Dark Shadows. I thought it ended up a bit cheesy at the end, but the overall picture was good. Eva Green and Johnny Depp worked incredibly together. I though Eva's performance in the latest James Bond's movie was amazing. She is a phenomenal actor, as well as Johnny Depp. Anyways, my rating of Dark Shadows: 8.0

The last movie I saw was Captain America. It wasn't bad. I liked it more than Thor which me and my friend watched the week before. Now we just have to watch Iron Man 2 and The Hulk before we can go see The Avengers.

Watched Inception on TV last night while eating dinner. Was a pretty good one, even though I missed the beginning part of it and started only where the girl and the guy was in the guy's subconsciousness and the girl got stabbed in the stomach by a crazy Mal. I'd say...9/10.

Went to the movies a couple of days ago with a friend, watched Snow White and the Huntsman. Not bad, the visual effects were pretty good, but aside from that, nothing really interesting. Snow White also rather annoyed me, and the Queen was a crazy old lady who's usually half-hysterical. >_> I'd say...6/10. At least the Huntsman wasn't too bad.

I think the last movie I saw was Prometheus in IMAX. It got a pretty decent rating on rottentomatoes, but I hated it. Mostly because I'm your typical romcom loving girl who enjoys watching an expected plot unfold itself as opposed to a plotless alien thriller. The fact that I waited 3 hours for good seats to this theater (not my idea) also added to the dissatisfaction. Nevertheless, it's always nice to see Charlize Theron.

I'd rate it 3/10.

The last whole movie I watched was probably Chicago. It was the first time I'd seen it, and although I really liked the idea and everything of it, I wasn't a huge fan of the way it was carried out. 4/5

Borrowed Grease (on old VHS and everything) from someone yesterday, and watched it tonight. It was pretty corny in many things, especially how the teens acted, but I guess that's how things were then. The songs were alright, though my favorites were the more 'doo-wop' kind or something. I guess... 7/10. I don't watch movies often, so I'll list the two before that, if it's alright.

The one before that was Tangled. It was recommended by a friend and I liked it enough, and the humor wasn't bad either. Didn't bust a gut, but it did give some smiles. That horse though... holy crap, that horse is freaking nuts. I mean, wow. Also, frying pans were more important than I would have guessed. 8/10

The one even BEFORE that, was The Avengers in the theaters. Was invited to go with some people, for what reason I don't know or have yet to understand. I don't hate comic book hero stuff; I'm just not super into it. Regardless, the movie was very entertaining from the action, the conversations and humor, even though I didn't know any backstory for the characters or anything. 9/10

I watched an advanced screening of Rock of Ages the other day and I have to say it was one of the best movies I've seen in a long while. I wasn't aware that it was adapted off the musical when I got to the theaters, so Julianne Hough breaking into song within the first ten seconds of the movie threw me off a bit.

That said, it was hilarious. From Alec Baldwin in shaggy long hair and love interest Russel Brand to Tom Cruise having a blast with his role, I found myself laughing every other fifteen minutes. The soundtrack is also amazing (who knew Tom Cruise could sing?), with a collection of the best rock hits sung by some very talented people. The final ending was a bit cliched for me, but the witty humor more than made up for it.

Overall, I'd give it an 8/10.

Yesterday I went to an advanced screening of Magic Mike. I was super excited because the trailers showed this to be a tripper movie starring hotties Channing Tatum, Alex Pettyfer, and the gorgeous godly Matt Bomer. The first thirty minutes were pure stripper skin bliss. But the first thirty minutes were all that you needed to watch.

Afterwards, the movie went from sexy funny hot to serious dramatic boring. Literally, I didn't care for the plot. The transitions from scene to scene were poorly executed, and the overall production cost seemed low. Very disappointing for a movie that I was looking forward to.

4/10 (For Tatum, Pettyfer, and two for Bomer)

----------

Edit://

Yesterday I also got to see an advanced screening of Ted. Very weird plot line but the script was hilarious. I found myself laughing throughout the entire movie and despite the unrealistic setting and predictable storyline, I really enjoyed the movie. A story about a 35-year-old man and his talking teddy bear and how they try to deal with the troubles that come with growing up. To be honest, the Boston accent got to me an hour into the movie (but that's just personal preference). Mila Kunis, though, was always a pleasure to see. And the ending just made the movie. I don't want to spoil it, but you have to watch it just for the ending.

Rating: 7/10

Most recently I watched Star Trek for about the millionth time, and that movie never gets old even when I can quote it line for line. The re-cast and the alternate reality plot line make it fit into the original Star Trek universe almost seemlessly.
10/10 always.

Newest film I saw was Brave last Tuesday.
Can I just say that it's nice to have a Disney princess that doesn't have a story that focuses on a man? They tried to do a bit of an independent thing when they put out Tangled, but that didn't work so well. Merida was that independent, fierce, headstrong princess that the company had been needing. There was quite a bit of humor in it, as always some subtly being aimed more at the adults in the audience, and the overall plot was beautiful. Add that to the gorgeous animation and the setting being in Ireland and I was in love. It did seem a little slow moving in parts, but everything else made up for it. AND HER HAIR. Dear god. The attention to detail that they put into Merida's hair was just astounding!
9/10

The last movie I saw was 'Mutant Vampire Zombies from the Hood'
And unfortunately I can't give it a rating, because I was far too drunk to remember what happened.

Last Saturday, I went to watch the new Spiderman movie with the family. Initially, I was doubtful about the movie because they had literally just finished a trilogy. I thought to myself at the time that it was way too soon for a remake (aka another Spiderman movie). I had also gotten so used to the original actor playing Peter Parker (Tobey Maguire) that I felt getting used to seeing Andrew Garfield's face would be impossible. It's almost as if they decided to make a Harry Potter remake without Daniel Radcliffe. However, I'm a huge fan of Emma Stone and I decided to give it a shot nonetheless.

I was pleasantly surprised as the movie turned out to be pretty good. Predictable, but entertaining. There was enough fresh humor to keep the content bearable, and I didn't find myself bored at any point in the movie (always a good sign). So all in all, a good movie (Emma Stone is hilarious) that I didn't regret spending nearly three hours in the theater for. Was it needed? Not really. All in all, I'd give it a 6/10.
