LOL. Futurama got cancelled because it was getting better rating than the Simpsons.

One of my favorite episodes was the parody of Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory. xP! I also loved the first episode. I don't think any of the channels I currently have play Futurama anymore, though. :( |
I love Futurama. It's MUCH better then The Simpsons, and it has a consistent story line. It's getting renewed in 2008 by Comedy Central, I can't wait! All the original actors are going to stay with it, too.

hahah i lvoe this show! i used to watch it every night while working on homework while in uni *snort* my husband and i really enjoy it tons and would always flip on channel at the time it came on to take a 30 min break ^o^

They said that they didn't know if they were going to end the series or not even as they wrote it, but then they decided to just continue with the episode and end the series on a sweet note. Honestly, I thought that the way the series ended was just about perfect. They could have gone on for more episodes, it's true, and had this episode later.
But I'm not really bitching about it. I mean, it's better that it ended early and didn't get stale like the Simpsons. |

I like Futurama better than Simpsons, actually. My favorite episodes were when they met the Star Trek people and then also when they used that muscle cream that made them superheros. The little theme song cracked me up. Oh yeah! And the Amazon women! lol...that one was naughty, but hilarious!

Oh, Futurama beats the HELL out of The Simpsons, despite Matt Groening being creator of both. Simpsons became too full of lunacy and idiocy for me... I was especially disappointed with the 300th episode. Flanders controlling the half-time show? I mean, come on...

Futurama is fantastic. Funnier than Simpsons, Family Guy and American Dad combined, and I consider those shows on my favorites. The read is simply how smart it is. So many nerd jokes, along with humour everyone can appreciate. It doesn't have to be absured or gross or shocking to make you appreciate the jokes. The characters are classic.

I know the guy who plays Kif, too. :3 My favorite character is SOO TOTALLY FRY. He's so stupid. <333 Hehe. I use his jokes in real life all the time. xD And I love his voice. O-O;; I dont know why but his voice turns me on (LMAO) Anyways...I just recently found out the girl who plays Leila is the same person who plays in the reality comedy "Married..With Chilren". Mind you, I hate this show and this womans appearance was just so...so..plastic surgery-ish and 1970s. My view of Leila was changed forver. D: |
Futurama is awesome. I like the humor there and the whole idea of this show. But being honest, I still like The Simpsons more, maybe because I find them as classic of those comedy shows.
