ARACHNOPHOBIA!!!!!! I used to stare at the ceiling and be able to see the spider falling on me. I had to sleep in my parents room for weeks. Still am terrifed of them...Now Im going to humilialte myself...When I was 18 I watched the new day of the dead...and yet again I had to sleep on my parents floor in a sleeping bag. I saw my youngest brother as a zombie and couldn't fall asleep....Yeah my imagination is a little out of control.

haha i used to check the toilet before going after seeing 'arachnophobia'... can't be too careful when it comes to deadly spiders you know...

Demoncat 12-09-2009 09:26 PM

IT, was so scary, I saw it when I was like five years old and it like haunts me still... XD

The most recent movie that scared me was War of the Worlds with Dakota Fanning and Tom Cruise, wow that movie was just... creepy. The disintegration beam scared the hell out of me, and also that creepy noise that the robots make, and lets not forget the blood roots *shivers* :/

Linnea 12-10-2009 05:15 AM

@Demoncat: have you heard the orson wells original war of the worlds? back in the day when radio shows were popular they aired it and people were so freaked out they really thought that aliens were invading the earth

reddeadauron 12-11-2009 10:01 PM

Two Words. Space Jam. That movie scared the crap outta me. I mean when I was a kid I really couldn't deal with MJ and Bugs Bunny together in the same movie. Oh, and don't get me started on Bill Murray.

NAh, I'm just kidding, I love Space Jam.

:yumeh2:

.... Wizard of Oz. It still does to this day

The Darkest Spectre 12-20-2009 11:16 PM

IT and Pet Sematary really scared me...Freaky clowns and demon babies...:?

lightkanna 12-25-2009 04:31 PM

Okay, I may sound like a pansy but it scares me and haunts my sleep. I am being serious. =.=; The Grudge. Yea, It scares me. I saw it at my friend house when it was her birthday, I think. Still get scared of it. ;---; Plus anything on TV with scary stuff just scares the living pants off of me.

13 ghosts scared the hell out of me. I'm was afraid to be alone in the bathroom for like a year.

Mrs.Asphixia 01-03-2010 05:51 AM

When I was a tad bit younger, I really was terrified of the Grudge.

Drewbieee 01-05-2010 04:01 PM

When I was younger. My cousin brought round Scream 1 & 2. I was actualy like 4 and I was crapping myself. The mask is just freaky okay. I watched all of them not too long ago and I was still scared but it was actually the perfect horror movie. All the good ones died though :( Can't wait for the fourth one :D
I also watched Black X-Mas. Not the old one the new-ish one. Holy crap. Terrifying. I get freaked out by eyes and this didn't help me. The story sucked but i'm not kidding. I'm haunted by it to this day :P

I recently watched Paranormal Activity, it scared the crap out of me. The next morning I was taking a shower and I heard a bang so I had to leave the shower because I was so spooked. I hate to be alone now because I am afraid something is going to happen.

Ohmigosh! 13 Ghosts!!! That movie scared the pants right off me!

Also The Ring. I can't handle the stuttering movement the girl's ghost does. And the twisted dead faces of the victims... *shudder*

And Paranormal Activity. RIGHT at the end. I had to look away when the girl got on all fours over Mika's body. I can't do the creepy crawly. :|

Ooh, I loved Pet Sematary! :illgetu:
I love anything Stephen King... that man is a GENIUS.

What truly scared me (I saw it in theatres) was Signs. Those friggin' aliens were just SO DAMN SCARY. :gonk:

But yeah, I'm normally a horror movie fanatic, so if something scares me, it's only scary for about 6-12 hours.

Except for Signs. That was like, two weeks of fright. But then again, I was little back then.

Twisted Insanity 01-17-2010 02:18 AM

I loved the Dark Crystal. Final Destination 3 scared me and still does, now I'm terrified of going to a tanning salon. >.< Mirrors made me not want to look in the mirror for awhile, but it wasn't really scary. Also, Dawn of the Dead scared me, I had nightmares when I first saw it. Oh, also a movie called Red Rose. I think that's what it's called, I believe it's a Stephen King movie, but I might be wrong.

Darkness Within 01-17-2010 07:57 AM

Movies don't scare me, however movies involving diseases can really give me the serious creeps as I have a phobia of them. For example I used to dislike 'Stepmom' because of the real mom developing cancer. I am getting used to it now, I think I am taking a teeny step in the direction of overcoming it. I was actually surprised my mom made me watch 'I Am Legend' and it didn't bother me a great deal.

Kole_Locke 01-17-2010 07:06 PM

Witchboard was really scary I thought. I think it was part two, with that evil cultist Malfador. Something like that anyways, it was a long time ago.

Ryki 01-17-2010 07:14 PM

Can I get a Ferngully or a Little Nemo's adventure in dreamland? The black goo in those movies freaked me out, mostly because it was goo that was a sentient being. I could not play with anything that was black and resembled that stuff for months. It got so bad that I made my mom throw out any dark-colored play-doh, and I would not even drink dark-colored beverages.

Ugh.

sailor star rainbow 01-17-2010 08:18 PM

The Ring I was on bus someone brought it for all us ROTC people to look at. wile going to the world war 2 Museum. I kept running to bath room to hide in when the scary prats came up. for some really odd reason my mom like it and she normally is scared to death of scary movies. when I was a kid if I tried to put on ghost busters on she would even be scared of that lols.

Demon_of_the_Sand 01-18-2010 08:13 PM

I have never seen the hole thing of The Brave Little Toaster, I don't think ive seen the hole thing of The Never ending story and first time i watched Halloween ya it was kinda scary....but theres a reason my living room has a bay window and it was dark out

Amika66 01-25-2010 09:28 PM

i used to get really scared in batman, but now i get scared in LakeHouse or something i just forgot the title. lol

DJ D4RT 01-26-2010 04:43 AM

apart from cheap scares (making me jump) I haven't seen a movie that has actually scared me in a long time, I can't even remember the last movie that creeped me out, but I do think (THINK) that it might have been the Amnityville horror remake xD

aserene 02-02-2010 01:29 AM

Psycho, the original. The remake makes me laugh. But yea the shower scene.

And then there's Silence of the Lambs...Anthony Hopkins scares me.

percy-jackson-lover 02-02-2010 05:32 AM

My Best friend was scared of the movie Alice In Wonderland because of the chesire cat.She to this day is still scared of it!

Louis duLac 02-02-2010 07:42 PM

Schwarzeneggers "Junior." When that....thing popped out of him I jumped out my seat.

I don't want to list the same old classic horrors, and everything in the last five years is more of a strobelight-sleepfest.

But, seriousy, if you haven't seen that movie, watch it. It's as boring as hell, and right when you're about to nod off the thing comes screaming at the camera. It's well worth it.
