I've only cried watching two movies: The Lion King, when I first watched it as a child and at that part? where Simba is in the canyon? crying out 'anybody'? Yeah. I was sobbing. And still to this day. I start crying.
And Brokeback Mountain made me cry because it was so sad and Heath Ledger was so amazing and now he's dead. |
UP was the most recent movie that made me cry
|
I am pretty much a big old softy so I will cry at about anything. The romantic parts of movies when people finally get back together and finally tell each other how they feel. That just gets me by the heart strings every time.
|
The most recent movie that made me cry was the new Star Trek movie, I just bawled during the whole intro. My husband was worried because I was crying but I couldn't help it, it was so emotional.
Other movies that have made me cry... I know there are a couple that I cry every time but for the life of me I can't remember them right now. I think I cried the first time I watched Pride and Prejudice but I'm a sucker for happy endings. I'm also fairly certain I cried the first time I watched Lion King because my father died when I was very young so it hit really close to home. I'm also fairly certain I cried near the end of Watchmen when one of the characters well... he/she/it died, not saying which one. A good romantic comedy or just romance movie in general will make me shed a few tears the first time I watch it. For some reason it's usually just the first time I watch a movie, I suppose it's because I'm prepared for it after that. |
yeah, that star trek almost made me cry too
almost |
I cry at everything! The movie that makes me cry the most even after watching it a million times is Steel Magnolias. It is my all time favorite movie. For the younger generation that likes sappy movies, if you haven't seen this go rent it. A must see!

Oh! I just got that movie in the mail today. I need to watch it!

The Girl Next Door (2007)
Didn't Make Cry But it Was Really, Really SAD :/ (In This Town Murder Became The Neighborhood Game) By The Way The Not "The Girl Next Door (2004)" |
I couldn't stop crying during the first 15 minutes of Pixar's Up. ;___;
|
The only movie that made me cry was The 'Iron Giant'.
I saw the movie a few years ago with my sister, and the second time I saw it with her, I couldn't stop crying when I saw the end. It was so sad, the giant had to say goodbye to the boy and sacrifice himself to save the world. :cry: The only funny part was that at the exact time my parents came home. When they saw me crying, they thought that my sister had hit me. >.< |
i cried during the movie "my sisters keeper" cuz it was so sad
|
I cry quite easily at movies, the most recent example I can think of would be "I am Sam". Watched it with my gf at home on DVD and we both cried a LOT.
|
I cry in every movie. I'm totally 100% serious, whenever characters don't get along, when couples break up, when people die, when my favorite character gets hurt or something, i cry. :cry:
|
it wasn't actually movie, but the 19th episode of Naruto made me cry... it was the episode where both Haku and Zabuza died..
|
I'll admit it; I cried when Dumbledore died. ;x;
I knew it was coming, I've read the book about a thousand times, and yet, I still bawled. I'm not a crier, and I've never been one, but, it's just something about seeing Dumbledore flying down a tower and crashing into the grown that makes me sad... I'm not even a Dumbledore fan! *likes Voldemort* I'll probably cry when he dies too. >>; |
Honestly, the only movie I can say I've ever cried during was called "Life is Beautiful." It was a holocaust movie I watched with my dad when I was a kid- we both left the theater in tears. >___> Haven't seen it since, but I wonder if I'd cry again.

Watership Down, the one where all those little rabbits escape to freedom and die! I hate that film.
Marley and Me (book as well as film) too sad at the end. Titanic. I just think it is so sad how all those poor people lost their lives in real life, I wasn't overly fussed about Jack it was just the real people that died. I hate sad films so I hardly ever watch them. |
I think i only cryed to one movie and that was
Marley and Me bc when Marley died i was think of my dog dieing Dx |

No.. I can't say that I've ever cried during a movie.. =/
I might have teared up a bit, but never actually cried. My grandma, on the other hand, is the complete opposite! She cried all through Eight Below, me and my mom couldn't stop snickering. Gotta love her, though. <3 @krotos52: I remember that! That was sad.. You definitely weren't the only one shedding a few tears. I wasn't one of them, but I heard a lot of people did. |
the notebook made me cry and there were a couple that got me close to crying
