My favorite shows/movies are
south park,family guy,Robot Chiken,sponge bob, and family matters.

My current favourite TV show is How I Met Your Mother. I downloaded it and I just watched episode 8 of the second season earlier.

I originally got into it because I'm a big fan of Neil Patrick Harris, who plays Barney. I didn't think I was really into sitcoms, but this show just delights in proving me wrong at every turn. I find myself enjoying plots that I'd probably hate in another show, and even the sort of framing device of it being a story that the main character is telling to his children about his younger days doesn't annoy me any more. In fact, it allowed for one of the moments I found funniest. :3

I think the biggest strength of this show is the group dynamic that the cast has. It strikes me that it must really be a lot of fun to work there. The writing too, is very good - it makes me think of Friends but updated and with a slightly snarkier edge to it.

As for weak points... I don't enjoy Ted and Robin's relationship very much at all. And you learn in the pilot (if I remember correctly) that they don't end up together, so the will-they-won't-they aspects feel kind of drawn out to me. On the other hand, I love Lily and Marshall's relationship.

In fact, that last paragraph pretty much summarises my views of the show. For anything I can think of that I don't enjoy (and that list is very short), there's something I do enjoy that will balance it out.

I'd recommend this show to anyone who enjoys sitcoms, and even people who are kind of sceptical about them, like I was. :'D If nothing else, look up some clips of Barney on Youtube. I promise you, they're legen- wait for it... -dary.

I can't tell you my favourite movie, because I just love so much of them. For example the "Lord of the Rings" Trilogy.

Movies for me are Planes, Trains and Automobiles, The Hot Chick, She-Devil, Sugar & Spice, 50 First Dates, Blades of Glory, Finding Nemo, The Witches of Eastwick, Stella, The War of the Roses, and lots more!

Then for the Television shows I like to watch The Simpsons, Family Guy, Robot Chicken, 70's Show, I love lucy, Munsters, Full House, and Who's line is it anyways?

Tales from the Crypt: Demon Knight, uhh..My Little Ponie's..yes im flip sside on shows. umm.The ring. last of the unicorns. Rainbow bright, The Haunting. Sleeping beauty, Snow white, Cinderella.....

TV: Charmed, Xena, Inu Yasha, Buffy the vampire slayer ( i watch it to see Giles, Xander, and Spike as well as Oz, Willow and Anya.. well willow when she's in evil witch kick butt temperment. ohh and Tara must never forget tara.. and Dawn. and Faith)(so everyone but Buffy the idiot and Angel)(no offence to people who LIKE them.) Rugrats,.....Veggie Tales. when they where on TV. uhh..The country music station on cable. charter that is. not that i have it now though.

I've totally into "True Blood". I never read the series but I love the TV version. I want Sookie & Eric to get together soon. Also Lafayette is my favorite character. I love his personality. I also am so P.Oed at those "Church" people. They are just jealous that they can't live forever.:P

Cartoons count too, right? I would have to say then, that my favorite show is The Venture Brothers, but I also like The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, Star Wars the Clone Wars, That 70's Show, and Ed, Edd, and Eddy.

Favorite movies? Velvet Goldmine, Fight Club, Sleepy Hollow, Adolescence of Utena, Marie Antoinette, and Disney's Snow White.

I'm a fan of almost every show on Comedy Central, like South Park and Reno 911. I sometimes like Family Guy and American Dad, but it depends on the episode. Some of them are extremely stupid and shouldn't have been made. Uh, I still watch cartoons occasionally, because I'm totally alright with that. >:]

I don't watch very much television, but I do watch Bones on Hulu. I also like House. I'm into shows that are more on the serious side.

OMG! i love New York goes to work! talk about hillarious! its one of those girls from the flavor of love show its usally on VH1, but she's so funny because she does these common jobs for one day once a week and she constantly COMPLAINS! and curses out the host and make these funny faces! however, the thing that's total not fair that should not be given to anyone that works a random job for one day who complains is the paycheck of 10,000 DOLLARS so messed up to the people who has to work that job everday and probally not even earn that kind of money for all their hard work. But that's some of the reality shows i guess...:sweat:

My favorite television show is Gossip Girl. I believe the show is better than the books and I love all the characters and the love triangles. My favorite movie is Mirrormask, written and directred by Dave Mckean.

My favorite TV Show dramas were CSI:NY, Numbers, Criminal Minds, The Mentalist, The Legend of the Seeker, The Big Bang Theory, The Eleventh Hour, Supernatural...


But my all time favorite TV show drama was Moonlight. Yeah, it's another vampire tv show but I loved it. It's kind of like Twilight with a human/vampire relationship but it isn't a rip-off of Angel. Angel was more like the full-blown supernatural stuff while Moonlight was just vampire/human. The show has basically everything for me - humor, action, romance, drama, good acting, interesting characters, some major plot twists.... I just wish that it didn't end so suddenly with only one season because they left so loose ends that make you want to scream at CBS for canceling ending it right there. I also wish that more people knew about it but I think that's because it came earlier than the vampire craze with Twilight and True Blood (so it basically missed the bandwagon and because of CBS's liking of certain types of shows).

Yet now that Moonlight was gone, I try to keep up with the actors/actresses who made Moonlight seem real...seeing what they're going show up next like with the male lead, Alex O'Loughlin, appearing in Criminal Minds, a movie with Jennifer Lopez, and a new medical organ transplant drama called Three Rivers.

My favorite TV show would have to be The Simpsons.
My favorite movie would have to be The Hangover.

I don't really have a favorite movie (there are so many good ones!), but I do have a favorite tv show. Supernatural! Best show ever, hands down.

I have a very short attention span so movies can be difficult for me to watch in a single go. But I do like comic based movies. Spawn, X-men, Hulk, Ghost Rider, however I didn't like ANY of the Spiderman or most of the Superman movies. I do like James Bond movies and Zoolander and Labyrinth are among my favorites.
TV is another thing I don't watch a lot of, however this is mostly due to University and Work. I LOVE Metalocalypse, Dirty Jobs, Ace of Cakes, No Reservations...
DO NOT TALK TO ME ABOUT SHARK WEEK. I don't have cable and I am crying over this right now, this is my favorite time of the year for TV. Air Shark is something I adore.
