I thought the third one was much better than the second one. I loved seeing all of the different pirate lords with their own unique styles. I also enjoyed the rock crabs because they where very cute and Jack's insanity very much. The Davey Jones/ Calypso story also added abit more depth to octopus head's personality.

We had to get our tickets extra early since the theaters for Pirates of the Caribbean 3 were all FULL.

I hope they don't make too many Pirates of the Carribean movies, then it wouldn't be as fun anymore (as much as I love pirates and all..)

It's really good.
I saw t yesterday on Memorial Day. Hardly anyone knows about the special ending after the credits in the trilogy. I advise anyone who hasn't seen it yet to stay after till the credits are through. |
I knew about there being a post-credit scene. o__o;;;;;; I just didn't get to see it because my sister is a brat and doesn't like to sit through all the credits and made us leave before it got to the post-credit scene.

To be honest, I'm impressed with this one, i didn't really like the other two and I don't mind Johnny Depp either way. :l

I saw pirates of the carribean the third. it was a re3ally good movie. i dont think there will be a fourth one though and i dont think there should be

I say this as a huge POTC fan, I hope they stop the movies here. and before you go all gun-ho on me, I think that the third movie was a great place to stop. xD Too many movies would be overkill. && POTC without Will && Elizabeth wouldn't be the same. :( I heard that they are fairly certain that they're going to end the series there. But apparently Jerry Bruckheimer is thinking about making spinoffs/prequels? |

I think a prequel could be interesting. Like a Davy Jones/Calypso movie where we actually get to see how they met and all that jazz. I wouldn't mind see the how it all started.

to be honest, i hated the third. there was confusion at its max, way too much randomosity (i mean, the marriage scene? what the hell? will betrays them for over half the movie and then suddenly asks elizabeth to marry him in the middle of a huge battle?), it didn't flow all too nicely - always jumping through tons of scenes, and it had hardly any follow-up from the second (what happened to the relationship jack and elizabeth were forming? i totally expected them to end up together in the end). anyways, yeah, i was rather disappointed about it. seeing the jack scenes were probably the only parts i actually enjoyed. i totally agree with you that jack = <3 but overall, my most favorite out of the three was probably the second. and i don't believe they're doing a fourth... this one is supposed to be the end. another would just bring it down even more.
