Oh wow. Its been a while since I last saw this movie. My sisters and I would watch it every year on Hallowe'en and Christmas Eve, til the year I turned 16 and my oldest sis moved out. That movie was part of tradition. XD ^__^

Its one of my favorites and what got me to start drawing, which is why when I do head I tend to have big one and the bodies a bit thin like the figures in the movie, its such a fun movie. It not only works for Halloween but for Christmas too, I'm happy to even have a copy of it in DVD form since it is really hard to get a copy now a days with. It's kinda like Phantom Tollbooth of hard to find movies that are good classics/obscure.

I started watching this movie when I was little, but the begin starts so weird that I did not keep watching. I have seen it recently though, and it is a pretty cool movie. I wish I had seen it as a kid.

I love that movie! I also love the mini parody of it on robot chicken which is called the nightmare before hannacah!((Sorry if I spelled that wrong... I also do not mean to offend anyone))
You see jack at the part where he's singing the "whats that?!" song and he goes up to a window and see's to kids opening up their gifts ((Which are really krappy gifts)). Just then, Jack stops the song to say "This sucks!" I love that movie.... I also heard from a friend that in the origional story that Sally was never a part of the story!!! :shock: |
i remember when this movie first came out,
i was about six, and i immediately fell in love with it. all of the characters were awesome, for me though i really enjoyed lock, shock, and barrel, and teddy =D it's nice to see it finally getting the attention and success it never managed to grab when it was first released =] |
I haven't seen this movie in a very long time, but I remember loving it. I used to love the song 'Something's up with Jack', and the whole introduction. I also liked the part where Jack nearly destroys Christmas. *Is mean, I guess.* ^^; I used to love seeing the weird toys that the Halloween Town inhabitants made.
I also remember liking the very end of the movie. I'll have to watch it again soon to see if this still is true. |
Nightmare Before Christmas is, plain and simple, my alltime favourite Movie. If you ask me, it don't get much better than that. Can't tell you why I love it so much, cause I don't know why. I just do.
Even His newest Claymation movie ~ Corpse Bride ~ While good, does not Compare, you don't fall in love with the characters as easily as you do with Nightmare Before Christmas. |
I love The Nightmare Before Christmas! Its definitely one of my favorite movies of all time. My favorite character is Jack and Sally. I think its so sad how Jack ignores Sally's feelings until the end. Tim Burton is an artistic genius! I love all his works.

I love that movie! My favorite character is Jack. But I also love Sally, the Mayor & Lock, Shock & Barrel. I love the scene when they brought back the Easter Bunny & Jack says, "Sandy Claws is behind the door that's shaped like this." & they all start arguing that face he makes to get them to stop makes me laugh. Zero is pretty cute too.

Seriously, who doesn't love The Nightmare Before Christmas? How could they not love it? It is my favorite movie of all time, no doubt. I've literally seen it over a thousand times. I've been watching it ever since I was a wee child, probably around the age of two. Ah, so long ago, and yet it seems like yesterday since I still watch the movie fairly often.

My favorite character from the movie is the Mayor -- the two faced politician thing is brilliant.
Of course, I also have a collection of Mayor figurines from different series and things. But he was a well crafted little guy. |

Wish the game was another movie part it would of been better that way, even taught it was a cool game :P My fave character would have to be Jack im not usually into the main character but I do have to say I love him and also theirs the Vamps lol |

Tim Burton is pretty amazing. I heard he was coming out with another movie recently... or is part of someone else's production. Anyway, I really love his stuff and this movie espically.

This is defiantely one of my favorite movies. I loved the story, music, and songs. Tim Burton can only be classified as a genius in my book. I love all of his movies.

I saw this movie twice, second time was recently, and I love Jack and Sally. My favorite part would have to be when Jack is delivering presents and the little boy pulls opens his present.
"What did Santa bring you this year, honey?" *Kid pulls out a head and looks at them* *Insert double screams of horror here* I remember that the kid was still holding the head when Santa came around and snatched it from him. If it was me I would have put that thing in the green bin (or a graveyard) ASAP. |
I love Nightmare before Christmas! One of my personal favourites. Tim Burton is just amazing, I've watched pretty much all of his films.

I like all the songs from the movie. But the song that got me the most was when Jack was singing in the GraveYard, asking himself what he had done, and coming to the conclusion that he was better as the Pumpkin King.
Mmm, characters. . . I love Zero and Jack and Sally and. . . Well Oogie Boogie really was such a memorable villain. |
I love Shock. She is hands down my favorite character. And my favorite song is This is Halloween. Tied in second is Making Christmas and Oogie Boogie's song.
