I rented a movie called "Red-Riding Hood" or something like that. It was supposed to be a horror film but it was so low budget that it looked like something made for a school project or something. It also made no sense. As for mainstream movies I did not like Pinapple Express. It was ridiculous and just way too unrealistic in an unfunny way. The end of it was probably the worst part.

supermango 03-28-2010 07:42 PM

Ughh.. there's this anime movie called Munto

I ABSOLOUTELY HATED IT. It was soooooooooooooooo boring, and the plot was in shambles. I just.. I just.. hate it.

don't rent it for your own sake <3

I'm gonna have to vote for Pulse, at least the American version (still haven't watched the original yet).

Here's how I described it to my friend:
Internet trolls die. They somehow figure out a way to live in the internet, then start coming out of people's computers. They suck the will to live out of people who spend too much time on the internet and are all "LOL KILL URSELF, N00B." So the n00bs do kill themselves, unless they're too scared to, in which case they melt or something and leave nasty grease stains. The trolls win. The end.

Basically, it's 4chan: The Movie.

TalkingBackwards 03-30-2010 09:52 PM

I despise Mr. and Mrs. Smith. I only saw part of 2012 but it looked pretty awful.

KamenRiderNadeshiko 03-30-2010 09:58 PM

The worst movie I had ever seen? Without a Pattle. I only watched it because I was bored. People from school say its' funny, but I disagree.

Seth Green should stick to voice acting and making Robot Chicken insted of staring in crappy movies.

Kid Disaster 03-30-2010 11:31 PM

@Majokko Honey-chan -- I totally agree; that movie was STUPID. My ex thought it was one of the funniest things ever, but there was not one part in that whole movie that even made me crack a smile.

Stallion Duck 03-31-2010 12:39 AM

Juno, Means Girls and Super Bad (although I love Seth Rogen and Bill Hader) are probably at the top of my list.

Normally, I have a pretty good sense of humor about everything. I can watch some of the REALLY awful movies on Comedy Central and find something funny about them but those three just... -shudder-

Puckeroo 04-01-2010 04:47 PM

high school musical.
it was soo bad i did not watch it

Tim'rous Beastie 04-02-2010 01:08 AM

Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen
I think that's the title. It doesn't exactly go in the "So bad it's good" category, more like, "I'm just gonna not take this seriously at all, thusly will my faith in humanity remain intact..."
Stupid jokes, the main character going to Autobot Heaven, and the littlest-humping-robot... I'm glad I snuck in to see that movie instead of buying my ticket. :T
I do enjoy the senseless-epic-giant-robot-battles, which are done well. As I said, I don't mind having to turn my brain off for a while to enjoy an action movie.

Canielele 04-07-2010 01:30 AM

Worst movie hm? Well, that has to be the Garbage Pail Kids movie. I have no idea why my older brother still has that on DVD. It was HORRIBLE! It's based on some trading cards in the 80s. DX

Poppet 04-08-2010 12:02 AM

Deffinately 'The Happening'.
Yea, it had a great start.. a great middle... but the ending was just.. "WTF?!"
It made no sense to me at all. I'd change my mind if I understand where the ending came from D:
That's really the only movie I can think of as anywhere close to 'bad'.
Though I have propably seen worse.. HA! I just can't remember (:

Ouch, I liked Pulse. It was ash not grease.
Maybe that's just cause I like Kristen Bell and Ian Somhalder...
Pulse 2 was bad. but no where near dumbest.

Me and a friend watch Fear Island the other week. We watch it KNOWING it would be bad. I mean it has Haylie Duff in it... We were right it was bad, and we called the end.

The Happening was hilarious. All I gotta say.

SPOILERX

Plants killing people

ElysiumFate 04-08-2010 10:24 PM

Repo: The Genetic Opera. That was a disgusting film.

[fox girl] 04-11-2010 12:50 AM

The Final Destination, but it was not 'so stupid it was good'. It was just stupid. Everything about this movies sucks HARD. D< The acting is awful, the characters are complete and utter idiots and the 'special' effects, were nothing special. I'm sure in 3-D it would have been neat seeing everything fly at you, but that's all. Just awful movie... just awful...

melonmilk 04-13-2010 11:28 AM

High School Musical.... Twilight.. Monsters and aliens... New York, I love you.
argh.
Those are the only truly hideous ones I've seen recently. My memory is too bad to go back any further. ^^;

* EDIT: Jennifer's body. Oh my god that was awful. It was a waste of money, time and ...well, not much brain effort. But some of my motivation for life leaked away with it, it was that bad.

Lithium Angel 04-15-2010 01:19 AM

The dumbest movie I have ever seen was Meet the Spartans.

I hated it so much.

It was stupid, humor-less and it was basically pop-culture references and toilet humor that was disgusting and just plain idiotic.

And I never understood how my bestfriend at the time raved about the movie.

Bleh.

Worst thing ever.

AldreaOrcinae 05-25-2010 04:37 AM

Mars Attacks. God, how I hate that film for killing my brain cells.

sailor star rainbow 05-25-2010 06:03 AM

Ugh I could not stand Meet Dave that has been the worst movie I have ever seen. had saw it back in 08 with my aunt heck we both. really dislike the movie a hole lot there. was hardly any funny parts to the movie. there was only one scene that was a tiny bit romantic near the end.

Demon_of_the_Sand 05-31-2010 04:56 PM

Napoleon Dynamite, Dodgeball, The Goonies and the new set of Star Wars movies (Phantom menace to revenge of the sith)

Kelken 05-31-2010 05:02 PM

white chicks...i did however manage to sit through the whole thing without throwing a chair
sex drive was stupid too...i was peer presured :( but James Marsden was hilarious all by himself

Kamikaze Kendra 06-02-2010 07:37 AM

Darkness Falls was ridiculous. The concept in and of its self was laughable. So definitely not on the "so bad it was good" kind of list, just "so bad that it was really really bad".

I'm a sucker for loving movies that flopped though... just none are coming to mind.

Kole_Locke 06-09-2010 07:37 PM

I thought Paranormal Activity was not a very well done movie, since it was documentary style it just didn't hold my attention since for the most part it was very slow going for the first half of the entire movie!! Then at the end I may have batted an eye or raised an eyebrow slightly, but the movie just sucked.

HintOfCholera 06-15-2010 05:47 PM

Twilight I was forced to see that movie at school..I thought my brain was going to burst into little chunks.

lillian90005 06-15-2010 09:16 PM

Dumbest movie I have ever seen? Dungeons and Dragons: Dorkness Rising. It's a cheap-made movie, so stupid, but pathetically funny. I thinks it was SO dumb, but I love it. (I'm a D&D freak...)

Beezerific 06-17-2010 10:02 AM

Next Day Air was THE stupidest movie I have ever sen along with Extreme Movie and Sex Drive

I felt my IQ drop a few points after watching those movies. :|
