Ren and Stimpy
Has anyone ever watched The Ren and Stimpy show? I love it, too bad its not on anymore. I wish it was. Anyone one else seen it? X3 =D Who created it? I forgot, its been so long.

I like that show.=P They used to show it on VH1 then on MTV2 I think Nicktoons still has it actually.:3
Not Nickelodeon, but there is a Nicktoons channel that has Hey Arnold, rocket Power, cat dog, rocko's modern life and a bunch of other shows they took off the original Nickelodeon channel.:3 I used to have the Ren and Stimpy game for Super Nintendo also.:3 |
I heard they were planning on bringing it back to Nickelodeon sometime after they tried that Adult Party Cartoon thing with Ren and Stimpy that wasn't that funny.
Either way it was a funny cartoon. :) |

I love ren and stimpy!!
One of my favorites was "Ren and Stimpy" I still love them and can never seem to find them coming on any more. I remember one they where trying to find out what was in the Presidents head and Stimpy kept saying it was caramel corn. And it was lol. I always love little Ren saying, "You eeediot!!" lol it cracked me up how he would pop a vein about anything lol. And that Powdered Toast Man he would always say something about clinging to his butt. Do you remember the "Happy Happy Joy Joy" song? Or the "Log" song? They where my favorite. Ren and stimpy
I loved Ren and Stimpy when i was younger. It was great on nickelodeon (prolly spelled that wrong). I remember that at one point in time it was pointed to more adult entertainment and as far as i am concerned that was a big bust.

I think most of the shows they had out where disturbing. I think that is why they went out for a while. I miss them I have caught one or two coming on and tivoed them. I always loved that show.

Yea I think that disturbing is a good explanation for what i saw as well. I think that they (the directors or creators) were trying to make Ren and Stimpy Homosexuals and it was not very subtle. It really destroyed the image of the ren and stimpy of when i was younger.

I want to buy the seasons I love them. I have only seen them at wal mart I would like to find them cheaper though.

I miss alot of old shows such as Rin And Stimpy. Even though it served no purpose, just like Beavis and Butthead,the show still kicked ass!

though i really hate what they did when they recreated a new season of it. they ruined the innocent image that was ren and stimpy. lawl. |

I watched Ren and Stimpy religiously when I was younger, I saw an episode on tv like a month ago, the dinner party one and realized how grotesque it was hehehe... explains how I grew up into the fine young lady I am today ;) *cough* |
I love that show just last month I saw a ep of Ren and Stimpy show. laugh my butt off like crazy it was on a Monday morning. not sure what time it was but it could have been around 3am are 4am.

I loved that show (Even if it was too gross). The only adult episode I liked was the one with the duck. xD
And I don't think I have the Nicktoons channel, so bummer for me. |
I did not care for Adult Cartoon Party. It's like the tried too hard on it and failed. Sure, there were a few funny things in it but overall it was just trying to hard at least I think.
Classic Ren and Stimpy on the other hand I still find pretty darn funny. I was watching episodes the other day and realized that I would never let my kid watch that and it's surprising it stayed on Nick as long as it did. It did not last on Spike that long though but I think that was because ACP killed it. |

I absolutely refused to watch Ren and Stimpy as a child. It was disgusting and stupid.
And yet I liked Rocko's Modern Life... |
I grew up with the show as a young child and I still sometimes. look at on Nick toons Network when it comes on.
