Anyone watch this show? I've gotten really interested in it lately and have begun obsessing over the characters, plots, and anything related to the show in general. Too bad they don't play this show in the US; downloading takes a year and a half to finish for a single episode. Anyways, tell me what you like about the show. What you dislike. Discuss characters, plot, predictions for what is going to happen. Anything relating to the show.

My only resources are on the web, some crappy videos in youtube, and few fansites and lj comms.
I can't say I'm a real fan if I haven't even watched it properly yet! BAAAAWWWWWW..

It is. It's a television show that airs mainly in the UK but has since spread to other countries around the world. It isn't playing in the US though, which is unfortunate because it's an amazing show!

YouTube isn't very good, as they usually have the full episodes deleted after a matter of hours. If you're on it, you may be able to see it, but I prefer to download each episode so I can burn them to DVD and watch them again later.

I'm so excited for tomorrow's episode! :D It looks like a Cassie episode, and those always get me excited. She's one of my favorites, with the exception of Chris and Sid. :D

I'm going to be really sad once this season is over and they dump the cast. It's heartbreaking to me! T_T

I totally agree comfortably! They're my favorite couple on the series, with Jal/Chris coming in at a close second. I've been waiting for Sid & Cassie to be happy together all season and sadly, it just hasn't happened. I have a feeling it's not going to either. T_T From watching the previews for tonight's episode, I just get this sinking feeling about Sid & Cassie... :(

But yeah, Sid/Michelle was just gross! It was so wrong and it was obvious from the way they interacted with one another. ewwww. She belongs with Tony and that's that! XP

Yeah, the creators of the show are saying they're going to recast the series every two seasons. :( So the first cast will be gone in season 3 most likely. I'm sure they'll keep some characters (like Effie and her crew), but all the characters we've grown to know and love will be gone. :( :x

Last week's episode made me just cry the entire time. So much sadness in that episode, but it was so good!

Yes, SIGN the petition! We want to keep the current cast! There's so much story left in the current characters that it would be a shame to recast the show this early.

I don't want to give anything away, so I'll have to talk to you guys about it tomorrow or something. The finale is going to be CRAZY, I guarantee it! I'm not looking forward to the end of this era, but it looks more and more like it's going to happen. They just may tie up all the loose ends... T_T

No. I don't even know what to say to last night's episode. Just no. It's all wrong. None of this should be happening! None of it.

And why did Cassie have to do that. She made me mad.

I wouldn't have given her the nickname "Crazy" if she weren't really crazy. :lol:

She was just running away -- from everything. But I'm thinking next episode she'll be back to face what she did.

I thought it was so odd that she fled to NYC and met that random dude... It was all too... random. I dunno. I guess we'll see how they wrap it up in the end. I'm not sure I want to watch -- it'll be the end of an era! :(

I think it would be funny if he ended up in Bristol. That guy that Cassie met. Because he ran away too and figured that she would probably need to stay there much longer than he would be gone? Or I don't know.

But Adam was.. strange. I didn't trust him very much.

And yes, poor Chris. This episode didn't worry me as much as the last one though. I didn't really cry because SOMEONE spoiled it for me : (

I'm dreading the finale.

Glammy, I think that would be cool if they included current characters if they stuck with Effy's crew. I actually wouldn't mind if they had just moved down to her and done that. But there are things that aren't finished for the current characters story-wise that makes me sad that they have to recast the show.

I want to know how Maxxie does with his theatre thing in London. I want to know how Jal will work with a baby (if she decides to keep it). I want to know whether Cassie will be okay. I just want to know the rest of their stories before they're given the boot and that's not really going to happen : (

Tomorrow is the last episode of the current cast. How does everyone else feel about that?

Alright guys, who saw the last episode last night?

Honestly, I wasn't looking forward to it, because it makes me sad to see the end of an era. But I watched it before reading any spoilers, and I must say, I was pretty disappointed. :(

Some things weren't wrapped up enough for my liking, while others were. ie. Cassie/Sid.

I'll see if any of the rest of you have seen it before I go posting white spoilers. XP I hate to ruin it again.

But I will say that the end definitely makes Effy out to be the next main character. At least that's what I got from it... But I've heard rumors that some of the old cast members will make cameos in the next season. Unfortunately, it'll probably be none of my favorite characters. :(

omg, the sid/cassie part at the end - very sad. And what the heck at Jal. I mean, I love her but just.. grr.

And poor Sketch. I never really liked her, but I felt for her.

And I agree, it does look like Effy will be the new main character.

If I see any of the following people next season with a cameo, I'll be happy:

Tony (most likely going to come visit family)
Cass
Sid
Jal
Maxxie
Sketch

The others I don't really care for all that much.

OH YEAH DUDE!! The end was so heartbreaking for me, because I SO wanted Sid/Cas to work out. I loved them as a couple and knew they'd get together since the beginning of season one. I have this feeling that if the series had continued, they'd find each other. And since we'll never really know if they do, I'm going to believe that they live happily ever after. Because no one else effing did! :x

Yeah, Jal. :( I thought she'd keep it, you know? As a reminder. :( But her speech was AWESOME.

And Sketch... well, though I HATE hate hate her character, I did feel a bit bad for her. But poor Anwar didn't want to be left behind. I think it was good that he went along with Maxxie. That was the only storyline that I thought wrapped up effectively besides Sid/Tony.

Though I hated Tony from the beginning, I really loved the airport scene with him and Sid. It was good of him to do that for his friend. :D And who cares about him and Michelle. I'm going to be glad to not have to see her ugly nose ever again. :lol:

Anyways, I like Effy, but we'll see how next season pans out. If I have to watch Pandora be an idiot for two seasons, I might be rather unhappy. :?
