Okay. So I saw this movie, and it was rather disturbing, and not very well put together. Not only that, but jeez, this was based off a book, and if the movie is even close to the book, I wouldn't read it. LAME!

Discuss here:

~Why it was a failure or why not
~Man eating plants? Isn't that kinda cliche?

Well you're in luck, most movies based on books these days have very little to do with the source material... With the way hollywood twists things the book that "the ruins" was based on may be a cookbook...

I went and watched the movie on Friday with my dad and my sister. To celebrate my sisters birthday we all went out. But it was not what I thought it would be. Not at all. It was rather lame and I did not like how it ended either. It did not show if she got it or not. You know what I am taking about.

We where picking from either this or Prom Night I think we should have went and seen it but I did not think it looked to scary either. I thought it was going to be a remake of the old one. But it does not look that way.
