Nope. I never actually went alone. I don't go with fiends either. I mean I do whenever they feel like hanging out at the movies but otherwise I would go with my little sister. Normally its a whole family thing or just three of us girls (b/c dad is at work or too busy). But otherwise I'm always with someone.
I did think of this before and my thought is that i"d feel really awkward. I mean its not bad to go on your own. Go ahead really. But since I always go with someone it would be so awkward on my own. lol |
i cant go alone to the theater nad watch a movie, i need go to someone; im paranoic >_< i go to my sisters, family or boyfriend but never alone

I only go to movies alone when something really really good comes out and nobody else will go with me. When the 5th Harry Potter movie came out I went and saw it by myself just because I needed to see it the DAY it came out. I've also seen Drillbit Taylor alone, just because I was bored.

honestly i have never gone to the movies by my self. i always seen it as either a date thing, or an outing with the family or friends. I just cant go by my self becuase i need someone to talk about the movie with afterwards. |
I've only done that once
I couldn't sleep and i thought...why not xD so i went to a morning showing of Eragon and sat at the back on my own. there was only 2 other people in there and that was a mother with her kid xD |
I've never gone to the movies alone. It's always fun going with your family or friends :3 I've also heard it's a way different experience going to a movie with an empty theater, all void of anyone except you and whoever you're going with. I wanna try that too some day :D

You know... I had never gone to the movies alone before, but last night we had planned to go; my parents went to see one and my sister and I wanted to go to another, but then my sister didn't feel like coming along, so I saw Speed Racer all by my lonesome, and... I have to say I really enjoyed it. There was nothign to distract me from my experience of the film. It's totally different.

I have never gone to the movies alone I would feel weird. It would be very depressing and lonely.

I've never gone to the movie theater alone, I'd be too afraid to. xD I'd get self-concious and think everyone was staring at me and stuff. I prefer watching movies on my own though. I get distracted if other people are around, especially if they're noisy. D: |
I normally try and find someone to go the movies with. Normally my boyfriend is too sweet to say no. xD So he normally goes with me.
But when I can't find anyone I normally go alone and it really doesn't bother me. It's sometimes nice to go alone because I don't have anyone leaning over and talking to me and interupting the movie. xD So it really depends. |
I always go with at least one friend, because I have more fun with friends around. It's fun to squeeze someone elses hand when I'm watching a scary film, a funny film becomes much funnier when other people laugh together with me... and I need someone to share my popcorn with because I never finish a whole portion in one film's time. :sweat:
I even like DVD's more when other people watch them with me. I guess I just don't like being all alone in front of a TV. |
I don't go to the movies alone.. it's kinda boring..and lonely. I prefer going with a friend or two :3 I think it's more fun that way; 'cause you get to spend time with your friends, and watch the movie =D

I enjoy going to serious movies alone. Ones that my friends would have no interest in, and would spend the entire two (or so) hours picking apart. If I really intend to pay attention to a film, I go by myself. It's more enjoyable that way.

Well, personally I wouldn't go to the cinema on my own, I'd care too much about other peoples perceptions of why I'm sitting on my own. It would be a different experience but I never really think about doing things on my own, I just prefer being with people a lot of the time. Hey, I'm an attention seeker - and I know it lolz.

I've gone alone twice and it's kind of odd, but I find that I pay more attention to the movie then I do with friends, but I do prefer to go with friends

I actually never really go to the movies unless I'm inivited, since I figure I can wait until most movies come out on DVD to view them, so yeah, I don't think I've ever gone to the movies by meself. And nowadays I always go with my g/f, so I tend not to have a choice about going alone anymore, lol. :p

I went to a movie once alone, it made me feel so akward, because after the movie I had no one to talk to about it. Or at least no one that I knew well enough to talk to about it. Anyways I don't know why it feels werid, it just does in my case. Maybe it's my insecureity.

I have never went to the movies alone. I do not like I would like it, either. I usually go with my friends or my boyfriend. But, I do not think there is anything wrong with going to the movies alone.
