@Iltu: I wouldn't try D&D unless you have a lot of friends who are willing to do it. And I think Neverwinter Nights is a large time suck like D&D.... So I think you might want to think on those before saying you are going to try them XD... Both eat up a lot of time.

@Kill: Baldur's Gate is fun no matter who ypu play :3, haha... Its always fun going from classes that are meant to jump into battle and stab everything you see and then play the other side and see how you fair.

Rommy; Yes you should. D: DnD can be a real time sink, but NWN- Neverwinter Nights- isn't quite as time consuming. Not to say it isn't, though. o_o

Also, I realized maybe WoW isn't my thing. ._. I'm really antsy when I'm on the computer and like to get up and move around... And I keep getting killed when I do that. It happened like three or four times on this quest I was on before I just gave up! I like, need an immediate pause button or I just don't handle games well. It' fun, just, that aspect makes it really hard for me to play. :gonk:

I haven't played it in ages either. I stopped playing for awhile and when I came back, I found the controls clunky, so I stopped playing entirely. :P But I enjoyed that game a lot while I played it. :B

It sounds like Lathrine has played both table-top and NWN, so maybe she can tell you how similar it is. XD From what I understand, it's based on D&D's system, if not directly using its rules. Certainly it uses roles, the classes, the races... :'

But I've never been able to table-top because no one in my local friends is interested and I'm far too hermit-y to seek out a gaming group in my area. >_>;

The nickname simply means its a very good game, some people get addicted to the stupidest of games, I know a friend who brags about how good his guild is... I don't think he ever sees the sun... Although that confuses me... He has a girlfriend, this town is twisted from stereotypes! What ever happened to the nerd who holed up for days and broke off a relationship just to watch his night elf mine!?

@ King - That is true. I play World of Warcraft too, and my main is a mage. It's horrible switching between classes in different games sometimes. Especially going from a fighter type to magic user.

@Tilly, well I'm in 6 or 7 hang-outs and 3 roleplays, so I'm pretty busy. I'd suggest trying hang-outs, they have the social-ness of the event without the new items.

I know I don't 110% get what the event is?

I admit, I rarely/never come on here,
and I have no friends or anything to explain it,
so I am sorta lost...

The event itself isn't quite known to everyone yet.
The details haven't been announced.

But usually there's tokens you get for posting or something and you get Event Items in exchange.

It's just so long between posts in the nation. D: Even if someone else is online.
