I was just jumping up and down a lot,

Next I have to tackle taking my car to the bodyshop with my insurance and police papers. Some idiot backed right into me in my brother's parking lot. Officer said it was a 'non reportable offense' since it was on private property, but the insurance company will want the paperwork anyway.

I was joking the other day when I told my brother that obviously what makes a 'good citizen' is by how well and how punctually you can fill out reams of paperwork for anything you need done.

After this week, I'm starting to think it's not so funny anymore.

Does anyone know where the belt is? I can't seem to find it.
