In most cases yes... unless its a berserk fight and everything has been tossed to the wind. I guess that would be classified as a bit more wild and passionate of a "dance".

It could come in handy. What if your house get burglarized? Training with weapons can also help with your balance, hand to eye coordination, discipline, and much more... so it might not help in a fighting sense but in other daily chores and jobs. *nods sagely*
