*Sneaks in a recipe for her favorite cookies!*

INSANELY EASY ONE BOWL COCONUT MACAROONS!

1. 1 (14 ounce) package BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
2. 2/3 cup sugar
3. 6 tablespoons flour
4. 1/4 teaspoon salt
5. 4 egg whites
6. 1 teaspoon almond extract
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour baking sheets; set aside. Mix coconut, sugar, flour and salt in large bowl. Stir in egg whites and almond extract until well blended.
2. Drop coconut mixture into 36 mounds, 2 inches apart, on prepared baking sheets, using about 1 tablespoonful of the coconut mixture for each mound.
3. Bake 20 min. or until edges are golden brown. Immediately remove from baking sheets to wire racks. Cool completely.

Yield: 36 servings (I have NEVER gotten this many cookies out of the recipe)

@mute: D: Don't be discouraged by the 30 stars. :] Stick around here for a while, perform and pray to the goddesses, and you'll have them in no time ^ ^. I barely noticed how much time it took me to get the 52 I have right now. I've literally just been chatting and paying attention to the clock for every half hour that I could remember. - I've been semi-casual about the timer btw.

The stars rack up pretty quickly mute, don't worry ;)

Mute: It seems like it'll take forever but every 30 minutes you get three stars if you go visit the goddesses...that's 48 stars possible in a day. Not to mention you get .25 of a star for every post you make. That's a star in 4 posts. It's surprising how fast that stuff can add up!
