I had to run off, and check on these dogs.
They were abused/neglected.
There was severe matting(like an inch or more of matted fur), and my friend's mother offered to shave them for us.
We actually found MAGGOTS in one of the dogs paws.
And it was a hot day.

They're both as shaved as we can do it here, and they're eating well, and they're really sweet.
So I've got high expectations for the both of them.
And they're brothers.
