It's from the event, it means too many people have performed for that person and they won't be interested in any more.

The sweat drop just means that the user is bored - so don't try to perform for them.

No. The sweat drop means those users have benn performed to too many times. You won't get stars by performing to them for the next half an hour.

Question for you folks that did get the second item, anyone else having glitches with it? I have it going right through the harem skirt I'm wearing now..and this how it looks on me.
