I'm sorry about your headache, Aisha. ::Sends an ice pack:: I get them a lot, too. I usually take my meds w/a pepsi or a coke because the caffeine is supposed to help activate the meds. If that doesn't work I eat a chocolate bar. Besides that - lots and lots of water.

thank you for the advice. i don't have any soda's sitting around my apartment but i do have chocolate and water..and tea.
