Aisha, I get migraines alot and can feel them coming on before they get out of control. We were at SeaWorld and I didn't have any of my meds and soda wasn't cutting it. We were getting ready to leave and my hubby bought my kid and a huge cookie half dipped in chocolate. I swear to you - after one bite my head started feeling better. We were able to stay longer.
Tea should help whether it's caffinated or not because of the amount of water in it. Wouldn't hurt, anyway. |
