She takes your hand, a shy look in her eyes. Her hand flutters from her hair to her ear. "I don't doubt that," she laughs, her fingers now travelling to her choker, her long sleeve swaying with each motion. "It'd be an honour to dance with you."

I'm still tired, since I didn't get much sleep.
My back still hurts an awful lot, AishaLeigh.

Very enchanting outfit, Jack. I love the colors, and everything mixes beautifully.

She leads you to an open spot in the room. Gripping the staff in her hand, she gives it a slight squeeze, or was that a button her finger just flicked? Whatever it was, it is making the staff melt down, golden tendrils curling in on themselves and contracting, then wrapping delicately around her wrist. The amber stone itself also seems to have shrunk to a shape no bigger than a quarter, and positions itself as the centerpiece of the bracelet. Humming a song, she spins you about in a flurry of fabric and foliage, leaves and flowers giving off fragrances, the room a blur of color and sound and soft, sweet humming. Tiny bells make music in the air around you and color swirls from indistinct shapes that seem miles away. You remember vaguely the drink she gave you. Maybe that is what is making you so dizzy.

Her head spins and she tries to close her eyes, but can't bring herself to do so. As disorienting as it is, it's strangely wonderful. "Wow..." She murmurs, "You're very good at this."

Welcome back to those returning and Cyndel, I love the additions. Or perhaps I just didn't notice the wings and the fireflies before? Anyways, a little roleplaying sprung up between Bishi and I, and I invite everyone to join in. It's always fun to do a little event-themed roleplaying, and we are at a Gala. I believe dancing is indeed in order.

She smiles, her face clear among all the glittering of her gold jewelry and the soft curls framing her face like melted raspberry chocolate. The star perched on her cheek (or perhaps hanging like a tear from her eye?) seems to sparkle and wink at you mischievously. A soft petal alights on your nose. Giggling but never pausing in her softly hummed song, she reaches a hand out and plucks it from its perch and tickles your cheek with it. Your outfits make gentle swishing sounds together as you spin and dance.
