Yes, wine-making is a slow process, the sugars and yeast need to ferment to produce alcohol, and the slower the fermentation process the better the end result. I'm lucky that I have a basement in my house, as that's got the perfect light/temperature combination for slow and steady fermentation. Sometimes I work down there in the evenings, at a very old and battered desk *laughs* as the gentle bubbling of the wines is very soothing and helps me to focus, plus it smells good!

Silver,I'm not that fond of beer myself, never got the appeal of that beverage, it tastes good in a casserole and so on if you cook it for long enough! I'm sure you'll have time to pick up the right item, too. Chatting serves people very well for star collecting now *nods* |
