I walked to up to the museum and I got a moderate annoying headache. My body is really reacting something nasty to the heat today.

Oh that's horrible Claudia. I hate it when the heat is horrendous like that. All this week i've had to take tylenol to tone down the throbbing in my head because of the heat.
And I only live in Southern California. |

I've been drinking a lot of water. Luckily they had a drinking foutain up there because I didn't bring any water with me.

Doing good [N]ightmare. Feel the same as you. Glad its a weekend, no work. Although the house is a/ced my room is still warm. but all good. now just trying to catch up with the event since i was working and finishing a art piece the one of the contests.

sorry for being in and out. I'm trying to find something on the computer. and my sister just told me that there is some sort of bug going around that one of the symptoms are migraines. can you believe this? so even though my son and I frequently get migraines, today's migraines could be because we're sick?? biZZare!

Water is essential to staying healthy in any situation. Just more so when the weather is hot. I've been drinking 1.5L bottles of water back to back all week. Hehe.

I hate headaches like that. Last week I had an awful headache that I couldn't function/do much. Just lay around.
I wanted to go backpacking and that was out of the question. I thought...itty bitty walk might help clear it up and nada. I don't like the idea of pain killers much so I tend to respond to pain by taking it easy. I figure if one has a headache, it means something is wrong...Heachaches don't pop up for nothing. The type of headaches I tend to get respond well to resting and or fresh air. They tend to pop up more when I'm too busy and my body is saying " I need a rest".Just plain ole 'body listening" techniques. Often my headaches respond to a nap or a brisk walk around the block. If I had to do something really criticall important, I would probably pop a pain killer, though I prefer to go with natural healing. |
I should really get more art on mene, and start a collection.
