Iz okays, Crazy. I woudln't ask anyone who couldn't spare. :) I just couldn't give to Roachers her full set and I shorted myself 2 items like a tard. XP
So I didn't get the gold lyre, the floaty stars, and the belt for her, and I'm missing two Star Eater wigs for me. XD It's okay though, I gave it a good run.
EDIT
@Night: How much golds I give you? =P

I know, right!? He could have lost his while foot!
oh, Night, you should see how freaked out he gets if there is an ant in the house! he doesn't mind them outside, but freaks if they are in the house. he'll actually stand on a chair until I get rid of it!
oh, Infinity, I go through so many bandaids a month! it's ridiculous! and he won't use anything else! and then he's worried the whole time how long it will take for it to be completely healed in case the bandaid falls off!!

No worries about gold. I had extras. I'm just getting extra wigs for a give away next Celes Paradi... a few other Mene users and I are going to take over the Star Eaters Thread and have small give aways of the wigs.
Kids are just silly like that. But makes mommy life easier. I know I can kiss his booboo, give him a banaid and he's all happy again.

Yar! Wig hunters! XD
I'm torn between getting my final item - cornucopia - or getting a third wig. I figure we'll need the extras.

There's no need for that Silver, you're being a lovely pillow to me now after all. -grins and fluffs your hair some more- Poof!
Jezriel ~ Haha, finish your set. I'll get another tonight and maybe one or two more tomorrow. Then i'll buy a few.
I want to have at least 6 to 10 extra wigs before next year. Which won't be too hard.

I'll ttyt, hopefully see you before the event ends. :)

oh yes, he has tons of sweet moments.
it's just trying to remember to praise him for those times and really soak it in ... no wait, I do praise him and soak it in. it's usually when we're cuddled on the couch watching something or he's sitting beside me on his stool just to be beside me.
but it's tough being the only parent. because then I have to try and balance that sweet with punishment. that he can't just walk all over me because I'm such a softy during our sweet moments but not too gruff that it hinders our tender moments.
... did that make any sense?

Hey, Crazy. :3
And that makes total sense. My dad's an only parent and he kinda fails at that. XD He's just mean.

@Figaro: Yes, it makes sense. I've had to do the same since my hubby died, and that's been almost nine years ago. My youngest is twelve. He's really a good kid though. The only real problems I have with him is getting him to do chores and clean his room when I tell him to. Other than that, he's really good about doing what he's told to do or told not to do. I hope he stays this way through his teen years, but I know that's really pushing it !

all I can really hope to do is shape and mold him enough with good habits and manners and skills and such to be successful. And I hope I don't want to end up being a bad mom.
Bishie is he mean because he's just an asshole or because he didn't know what else to do?

Crazy: He has temper issues and gets all yelly and mean a lot. He's also kinda childish. :\

@Bishielurfer: Yeah, Most kids just hate doing chores. Shoot, a lot of adults hate doing them as well. But my goodness, if you could see his room! It's like a black hole in there. Don't walk in because you may never be able to get back out! You know it's bad when even HE loses stuff easily in his own mess and can't find it for weeks.

heck, I slack off on my chores and I'm almost 35 years old!
EDIT:
 and that right there is the main reason I clean my son's room!

Agreed! My son does reasonably well at doing what chores I give him, considering my pile of dirty dishes never seems to completely go away. I try to be a good role model, and I know I could be a better mom - but I've seen far worse parenting, and in my own neighborhood.

yeah, no joke I've seen far less parenting than what I try to do. and I say that because each day is a new set of stuff to deal with. and yes, it is dis-heartening when I have finally caught up on all of the dishes and then a huge pile of dishes gets dragged out of my son's room. ugh.
