My brother just turned 8 last week, my sister is 5. I'm the oldest of the three at 23 ^^; I personally disliked the more dependent years intensely, sometimes I still do if I'm in a mood to be left alone (I'm very introverted and it's also very difficult to get time to myself undisturbed to work on my art, hence one factor in my not wanting to do much of it recently). I'm trying to be better about spending time with them.

At least he was only 11 when you were born. xD I was in the middle of puberty and having to deal with babies around the house. It's probably why I don't want kids.

I know the feeling, my days off aren't really days off because I have to watch my siblings.

Oh wow. I don't really have to watch my nieces and nephew because they stay with their moms. I rarely get to see them.

I still live at home becomes of my student loan issues. It sucks.

Oh. My brother would still live here but my parents amde him get a place of his own.

I'd love to have an apartment of my own with my beau. We're struggling on towards it. I want the independence of being able to come and go when I want to without worrying about if I have to help my parents with the kids.

That sounds nice.
