@Thulhu: nah, I like details, xD and it is a mad skill lol

@Tsubasa Rose: Hi, I am good. How are you?

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 02:51 AM

Doing pretty good- i'm had a stressful week so I'm having a movie marathon.
I already watched:
New in Town
10,000 BC

and now I'm on Nick and Nora's Infinite playlist

i love movies >)

Thulhu 08-10-2009 02:51 AM

I don't think i've seen any of those...any good?

Naisou 08-10-2009 02:54 AM

Movie marathons are fun. XD I've watched 10,000BC, haven't seen the others. I need to go watch more movies...now that I have time for myself. xD

woot!!! I only need 4 more stars to get the first gift!! *dances*

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 03:03 AM

New in Town was cute...hmmm.... 8/10
10,000 BC -i'd only give a 7/10- not really my kind of movie i guess but it wasn't bad. i liked the visuals.

Nick and Nora is wierd- so exactly my kind of movie lol

just this week I really gotten into the groove of seeing movies.
i went to the theatre and saw The Proposal and then watched Sixteen Candles.

i love movies almost much as i love books ^_^

have you guys seen anything interesting lately?

Thulhu 08-10-2009 03:07 AM

I want to see district 9 looks interesting

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:08 AM

hmmm....I've seen Harry Potter and the Halfblood Prince, I didn't really like that one too much. :(
Public Enemies was good, makes you feel for the bad guy...it helps that Johnny Depp plays him, xD
I watched the Proposal, I thought it was cute, xD

Thulhu 08-10-2009 03:09 AM

I liked that movie "he's just not that in to you"

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:11 AM

oh yeah, that was really good movie Thulhu! I watched it over at my friends house. xD

Thulhu 08-10-2009 03:12 AM

we went to see it for valentines and me and my fiance loved it

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:15 AM

That's sweet. :) When I was watching it with my friend her mom was watching it with us...and my friends parents are getting a divorce, so...parts of it were kinda awkward, but it was a good movie.

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 03:16 AM

hey that's another one i rented lol

alright N/N is over so now I am on Knowing...not sure what to expect.

District 9 does look interesting!
oh i saw Hp as well- i really liked it (but i know i'm one of the few ><)

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:24 AM

@Tsubasa Rose: I wanted to watch the Knowing...if I'm still up when you finish it tell me your opinion on it. xD
HP...it just kind of irritated me....I wanted a bigger battle at the end and a funeral for Dumbledore. It irked me that the spider got a funeral but Albus didn't. :( lol

Thulhu 08-10-2009 03:25 AM

I don't read those books but that sounds not fair

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 03:29 AM

A bigger battle would have been cool, but I can deal as long as in the last movie the final battle is epic. The end was a little downplayed >_> lol I'm actually kind of glad that there wasn't a funeral b/c i cried in the book I didn't want to cry in the movie.
Oh! there was one thing i didn't like: they hardly focused on Snape at all >:/
what i like was the focus on relationships- I Love Harry and Hermione's relationship (I mean their friendship- i do not ship them)

Thulhu 08-10-2009 03:31 AM

ship them? like in a box?

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:34 AM

@Tsubasa Rose: Yeah, the final movie better be mind numbing, considering they are splitting it into two movies. ;P and I wanted more Snape too, he's a fun character. xD

Personally I got a little sick of the relationships...mainly Ron and Lavender's though, I wanted to punch Lavender. She was so incredibly annoying...but, I guess that does fit her book character too.

@Thulhu: Tsubasa means like...put them in a romantic relationship. In fanfiction and stuff....I think. lol

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 03:44 AM

Omg i wanted to punch her too lol
has it been announced where they are splitting up the last book? ....i wonder :/

@Thulhu: to ship in regards to fandoms- is to be supportive of a certain pairing (if that makes sense)

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:47 AM

lol, she really was a pain, and lovestruck Ron was irritating too. lol Slughorn fit his character well though.

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 03:55 AM

even though i took a HP class i hadn't read the book for a while so he was less charming and more awkward than I remember lol

have you seen War of the Worlds?

AkashaHeartilly 08-10-2009 03:58 AM

We have a twelve step program now?

But I don't have a problem!

Naisou 08-10-2009 03:59 AM

you took an HP class? like in school?....

and do you mean the one with Tom Cruise? or the old one?
I've seen the new one, and parts of the old one. xD

AkashaHeartilly 08-10-2009 04:01 AM

What is being talked about?
I'm a little lost.

Tsubasa Rose 08-10-2009 04:02 AM

@AkashaHeartilly: Remember, to fix a problem you need to acknowledge the problem

( ;) )

@Naisou: Omg this movie has gotten really creepy really fast O_o

oh- editting my post one sec...

@Akasha: I'm watching the Knowing, but we are also talking the newest Harry Potter movie

(still editing...)

@Naisou: yep! it was SUPREMELY awesome. First off we split in houses (randomly so it owuld be even), we had a house cup, but the material we covered was intense. Everything from Eugenics to the Byronic Hero and more. (i love my college lol)

The new one is what I meant (I haven't seen the old one). Did you like it?

done!

Naisou 08-10-2009 04:11 AM

Oh wow....I wanna HP class. xD One of my friends would flip if she knew they had those somewhere, she loves Harry Potter. lol, well, the books, Snape is her favorite character. xD

I did like it, from what I can remember. lol It was better than the first one from what I could tell. Have you seen it?
