Yea I would like a nice pair of shoes...but then again I do kind of like being barefooted.

Astrelle 08-11-2009 07:30 AM

Barefoot works for now. =3

Marzipanda 08-11-2009 07:32 AM

It's kind of got a nice vibe to it. The whole being barefoot thing just kind of works for me I think. :)

Tomoe Hotaru 08-11-2009 07:33 AM

What's your favorite animated movie?
Anastasia, its so historically inaccurate it is epically awesome. =D

What would your dream house be like?
My dream house would be a normal two story house, it would have a decent sized bathroom, at least three bed rooms, a basement and a hidden attic room. It would have a nice sized garden, maybe an extra garden house for my parents.

Chocolate or vanilla?
Vanilla!

V I X E N 08-11-2009 07:37 AM

hehehe Historically inaccurate.
Everything these days are
Is it a trend or something?

iC[a]ndy 08-11-2009 07:39 AM

Hello. :3

Your art is pretty, but I can't help but feel like I've seen it before.
Answers to your questions:
My favourite animated movie is ... ANYTHING DISNEY, oh and Coraline. <33

My dream house would be big, but not too big. LOL.
It'd have a stainless steel kitchen, marble desktop; roomy livingroom; a game room filled with arcade games, DDR machines, and purikura booths; 3 themed guests rooms; two master bedrooms with connecting bathrooms (to the rooms, not each other..); pool; trampoline, BEAUUUUUUTIFUL GARDEN <3.. The list goes on, really. LOL

Vanilla all the way! I can never get bored of it! > w<

Marzipanda 08-11-2009 07:39 AM

I'm not sure but I can't stand when someone takes a really good historical event (such as the story of Anastasia and her family) and ruins it for the sake of a cutesy tootsy children's film.

Astrelle 08-11-2009 07:39 AM

=3 Well I think it's time for me to go to sleep now. Bye bye!

Marzipanda 08-11-2009 07:40 AM

Goodnight Astrelle!

V I X E N 08-11-2009 07:42 AM

@Panda- Hahah yeah i know ahy
but dont get me wrong. I do love that movie. Cause im a massive corn at heart lol
but it would have been nice for it to be a little more accurate in some areas.
but hey.
Kids these days.. don't need to learn anything do they??

@Astrelle- aww okays. have a good one.
we shall see you when you return =)

Tomoe Hotaru 08-11-2009 07:42 AM

I like it as it gave me amusement when it came to stoking people's imaginations with the Romanovs,I'm a huge history buff but some historical inaccurate movies just amuse me enough for me to like it.

Good Night Astrelle!

E-Spy 08-11-2009 07:43 AM

*gasp*

Anastasia! I loved that film too! The animation is absolutely beautiful in it! It was really good to see such good quality animation that didn't come from Disney.

Fyi: Thought I wanted to be an animator when I was younger. Took an animation class for my degree and I didn't like it much. Still love animation though! <3

Marzipanda 08-11-2009 07:44 AM

Anastasia was a Disney film I thought?

Tomoe Hotaru 08-11-2009 07:46 AM

No, Anastasia was made by Fox or Universal, one of the two. But I agree, the movie was beautiful drawn and made.

Marzipanda 08-11-2009 07:49 AM

Wow and it had all the earmarks of a Disney film. It was nice animation that's for sure and I love the song "Once upon a December". I sing it so often it's ridiculous. It really is a hauntingly beautiful song.

E-Spy 08-11-2009 07:49 AM

Nope, it was made by 20th Century Fox.

They defiantly don't make many animations like that. XD

V I X E N 08-11-2009 07:50 AM

Nah... it was ummm....
Tri star entertainment i think..
or Columbus films.
not sure.
but yeah.. i was shocked myself.
i did enjoy it though

Edit- there you go. Spy is defiantly what her name entails lol

Marzipanda 08-11-2009 07:50 AM

So very true. In fact, even Disney doesn't make good old cartoon animation movies. They are stuck on that new computer graphics stuff like the Pixar movies. Those are great and all but I miss the ART and finesse of the old style Disney films.

Tomoe Hotaru 08-11-2009 07:52 AM

E-Spy was right, it was 20th Century Fox. -Just checked.-

But I agree, the old style of Disney films were so much better. They seemed to care greatly for the detail.

Silverbeam 08-11-2009 07:56 AM

Quote:

What's your favorite animated movie?
Howl's moving Castle...Studio Ghibli is so awesome. the detail the put into the backgrounds are astounding and the animation is always nice.
Quote:

What would your dream house be like?
A tudor style with lots of castle and cottage type touches!
Quote:

Chocolate or vanilla?
I like vanilla a lot better, but chocolate is good too (I am a girl after all!) although I can be picky with chocolate ice cream, it usually tastes bitter to me as chocolate so it's a nice surprise when a I get a decent chocolate ice cream.

Feel free to go to my freebie thread too in the event.... I'll stick ya in any of the slots you would like. :D

Do you like my pheonix avatar?

Tomoe Hotaru 08-11-2009 07:57 AM

I think that is a pretty awesome avatar Silverbeam. ^_^
