~○Chat and Zodiac○~Post for stars!
 

I'm new to the site so I just wanna start a type of thread for the celebration and to get to know Menewsha better.

Since this celebration is about the heavens and stars...then I would like to know what zodiac you are and what your favorite constellation is. I don't have a favorite star formation, but my zodiac is Taurus/Aries. In some other complicated type of zodiac branches, I'm an Aquarius. In the Chinese I'm a Pig.

ohhh~ and something else that a previous poster gave me the idea of...
Tell why or why not that sign is perfect for you or not.

My signs are perfect for me because I have all the characteristics of a Taurus(physical) and partial of an Aries(emotional)...In the Pig's year, I am materialistic(ribbons...ohh the fabric and papers of craft!)I'm also the aquarius in the crazy "Sun Signs" because I love water and anything watery and wet...umm...not that way...

umm... I know, it's pretty random but I just wanna pick up a chat and stuff...

I'm a Sagittarian on the cusp of Cparicorn, but my favorite constellation is Delphinius, this little tiny constellation that you see in the north in summer.

I'm a Leo :D And i love just trying to find scorpio in the sky...it's really really hard from where i live. The easiest one to find is the Big Dipper

I'm rather new here too!

I'm a Pisces, and I'm not too knowledgeable about the constellations but I always notice two in the sky depending on the time of year. During the cold months I can always find Oran and his belt. During the summer I can always find Ursa Major and Minor.

I'm a Taurus. I don't really have a favorite constellation but I have always been able to find Orion's belt in the sky. So I guess it would be Orion. :)

I'm a Pisces! ^_^ And it's definitely a fitting zodiac sign for me, I love the water (swimming, the beach, etc) and I've always had a certain fascination for marine life (my favorite animals are dolphins and orca).

As for my favorite constellation.. hm.. I think it'd have to be Orion. Or just Orion's Belt. xD It's the easiest for me to spot in the sky and I love pointing it out to EVERYONE!

Did you know there's supposed to be a meteor shower tonight? At least, in the USA it's supposed to be visible, I dunno where else in the world you can see it.

I am a Leo. I'm not sure what my favorite constellation is, though. I am not familiar with how they look. I have not seen them in over five years, so I don't remember each one. Maybe Leo's constellation.

Fun fact, the Orion Nebula is just below his belt, where his...nebula...would be.

In the Western Zodiac, I'm a Virgo/Leo; in the Eastern I'm a Rabbit.

I don't really know much about my signs since I'm not really into astrology, so I'm not sure how well they fit me.

My favorite constellation is Orion, for several reasons. It was one of the first constellations I could identify as a kid. Plus, it has so many awesome celestial objects in it (Betelgeuse the red supergiant, Rigel the blue giant, the Horsehead and Orion Nebulae, and several others).

I'm an Aquarius and my favorite constellation isn't a constellation at all. I just really love the Beetlegeuse star.

I was born in 1990, the year of the horse. However, because my birthday came before the Chinese new year that year...I'm actually a snake. Which makes WAY more sense than trying to peg the qualities of a horse on me.

I am a Gemini and right now being very much the air head. Well more lazy than airheaded. I still don't know how to get the clues solved. I know read the faq. But I too lazy, lol.

I'm a Gemini in the western Zodiac and a Tiger in the Eastern. I'm very much a Gemini. I really have the dual thing going for me. XD

My favorite constellation would have to be Draco. :)

@Frei: Well you would THINK we are water signs. Being the WATER bearer. However, we are AIR signs. That say enough for you to think we're aliens? Believe me there are plenty of things about us that make us strange.

Well I'm not as much an airhead as I though I actually got them all right, now I need to get the stars to pay for them.

@ Marz: I would never think you were air...wow...Aquarius...I thought it was a type of water thing. But why would you be an alien if you're an air sign. You should be considered celestial...
@ Wulf: I saw the movie...it was...devastating...

@Frei: Well the mere contradiction that we are the water bearer yet an air sign really makes us a walking example of irony and oddity. We are quite contradictory beings and love to prove ourselves wrong then act like we were right all along. On top of that, we are cold and detached from other people because we feel almost as if we are from a different planet (or universe) than them. These are typical Aquarian traits.

@Marz: Well, now you've helped to expand my knowledge of Aquarians! Same for me..though i am two signs...and my Sun Sign(different branch) is Aquarius so I also am that way too...
