And I agree, i just gave up a tablet I had for years when it finally kicked the bucket and bought a wacom bamboo. They're affordable and lovely. |

And yes. Wacom Bamboos are the BEST. Because...I said so. |
Lol, I'm still breaking mine in, so the surface is very rough, but my fiancee's glides like butter.

Really? I wanted a Bamboo! I got mine awhile ago, before I really looked for any specifics. My friend has a bamboo and she likes it. |
:] Bamboo tablet is good; I'm using one right now, but the best one on the market for just tablet-tablets is the Intuos 3-4. I use it at school often. You can do more with it x ox And it just feels so wonderful !

@Ceridwen_Crystaline Ikoda: Oh, so the surface texture doesn't affect performance? Phew, that's good to know. I've had mine for nearly a year now and it's pretty smooth, nice to know I don't have to worry about that.
@Ananas à Pois: I'm new to Mene, just joined...this week or last week-ish, can't quite remember. It was like a day before they announced this event. Plus I've never gotten art here or on the other site I'm on, but that's just because I never really asked for it, haha. I'm just hanging out in this forum participating in the event 'coz it's fun. |

I want to use an intuos so badly. :drool: I should ask my fiancee if they have any in the animation lab he works in. >o> *pokes him, sitting a few feet away in the room painting on his tablet and laptop* And yeah, to my knowledge it doesn't change anything. :3 I actually find my rough surface annoying, but I'm working away at it quickly with painting. x'D Can't wait until it's smoother. <3 |
