I'm kind of confused about the double post thing. I thought it was okay if 5 minutes passed with no reply?
Also, I have a question about Practicing with the goddesses... I've practiced with my goddess probably 20+ times but she still gives me 1 star... isn't she supposed to up the amount of stars she gives out every 10 practices? :O Or does the amount go up by fractions of stars (might not have noticed the amount going up by a fraction...)

I'd probably have to exclude the fire and scarf, as well as the background though... cropping would make the scarf and fire weird and the background means I have to bother with colouring around your avvie << /lazy

Double Posting is only okay when 1) Your thread has fallen off the first page and you want to move it back to the top of the page. (Common in exchange) or after [x] amount of hours. General rule of thumb is 5 hours, but usually it's safer to wait 1 day.

As for practicing, it goes a fraction.

practice 10 times = .1 more you gain 1.1 stars after that.
practice another 10 times = .2 you gain 1.2 stars after that.

so forth and so forth. :3

That's probably it. xD Each forum has it's own little mini rules but yeah as I said 5 is usually the rule of thumb. :3 Some forums it moves so slow, that you could leave it for DAYS and it'll still be on the front page. And generally you don't "bump" discussion threads (if they die, they die you know).
